The house is simply wonderful. You quickly feel at home and can simply relax quickly with the quiet location. Gabriella and her husband Mauro are incredibly friendly, warm and helpful. We are already looking forward to next time.

The place was beautifully located with a lovely view of the mountains. Mostly stood out was Giovanni’s kindness and his checking in on us to make sure we were ok and satisfied

The apartment was perfectly organized and clean, simple and tasteful furnishings that adapt well to the house. There was a barbecue that unfortunately we could not use but we appreciated that it was there, the garden is very nice and well cared for. Very comfortable bed and pillows, the residence is private and quiet. The house is close to the sea that can be reached on foot, as well as some beachfront restaurants. Elisa is always kind and her mom is available for any need. A crib was not available to add, so we had to bring one from home.

We were warmly welcomed by Simonetta himself. We felt right at home and she gave us the necessary explanations of the accommodation. If we need anything else, in terms of taxi, bicycles,... she arranged that for us. I could live there myself in the stay, very cozy and cozy. Like it can be seen in the photos. The beach is within walking distance. I can't list minus points actually that we experienced during the stay. Super stay and super host. Thank you Simonetta for the warm welcome.

We had a great stay at Robert and Joanna's guest house. We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home. They even provided some treats from their own garden. The accommodation is exactly as advertised and the view is possibly even better. We enjoyed the serenity and the beautiful scenery. Perfect to discover Monti Sibillini and go for a hike. You will also find several cosy villages nearby, like Penna San Giovanni and Sarnano. We would definitely come again!

The house is nestled in a village rich in history, and you can walk to both the sea and the surrounding forest, taking beautiful walks. We were greeted by co-host Antonella who went out of her way to help us with luggage (our car was too big and we couldn't get into the square in front of the house). The terrace has undergone a conservative renovation that respected the original materials but guaranteed an important efficiency, new bathrooms, new kitchen, excellent heating considering the many rooms. The house is cozy, bright, spacious (three bedrooms and two bathrooms) and there are two beautiful terraces with an unparalleled sea view. We had a great time and really appreciated the life within the village.

Our stay at Angelo‘s was absolutely incredible! Nestled in a stunning mountain location, this property offers breathtaking views and a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The house itself was immaculate, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything we needed to feel comfortable. The host was exceptional—so friendly, responsive, and helpful, making sure every aspect of our stay was perfect. From the moment we booked, they were attentive and quick to answer any questions, adding a personal touch to the experience. We traveled with family, and this getaway proved to be the ideal space for bonding and relaxation. Whether it was enjoying morning coffee with the mountain view, exploring the surroundings, or simply unwinding in the cozy atmosphere, we cherished every moment. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a serene and memorable escape. We would absolutely love to visit again.

The home is in a very nice place. The infinite pool is huge with amazing views. The house is very well maintained and the garden beautiful. We were welcomed by Stefania but spent the stay with Pia and Agno who are Stefania's parents. What happiness, a wonderful meeting, very touching and human. They were very attentive to us. We are really touched by our exchanges and if we come back to the area, we will be happy to see them again.

A terrace that is one of a kind, fully equipped with a great view over the beach and the ocean, modern kitchen with everything you need (including coffee that was provided :)), comfortable beds and restaurants, grocery stores and shopping within walking distance - I really enjoyed my stay and was sad to leave. The whole house is clean and friendly and communication with Pierino is easy and very friendly as well.

The apartment was spacious, well-kept, super clean and equipped with all comforts ideal for a long vacation. We were greeted with our cats with warm friendliness by Francesca, a discreet host but always available, very attentive to details and small kindnesses that make a difference. We had a really good time and hope to be back!

Jacopo was a great host and communicator. I arrived by train and he was gracious enough to pick me up at the station as well as making arrangements for my pick up at the end of my stay. the apartment is like new and freshly done on the inside. Best of all is a great and spacious outdoor deck where you can enjoy the evening overlooking the ocean. There are plenty of restaurants and a great supermarket within a short walking distance. And accessing the ocean along which is a dedicated walk and bike lane is within about 5’ walking distance. Great place!!!

My husband and I stayed for two nights in Aurora's apartment that is perfectly described and matched to the listing. New and very clean, perfectly organized and equipped for me too, who always bring my desire to cook on vacation! The area is quiet and peaceful although not very central but Aurora is well organized with bikes, it is also easy to park in front of the house. Aurora is an impeccable host, she welcomed us upon arrival and provided us with every useful indication for our stay, she was helpful, kind and present. Great stay!

I was on vacation for a seventh time with a friend. We had a great time, the apartment was very nice, bright and clean, we felt at home! Mara was super kind and always available, she met us regarding the various check-in and check-out times and recommended what to see and visit in the area and what restaurants to go to. Highly recommended and definitely a place worth going back to!!!

The house surrounded by olive trees creates an atmosphere of relaxation in absolute silence, all surrounded by a really deserving view. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for your stay (dishes, towels...). Bruno was a very kind host and always ready to help us! The places he recommended left us pleasantly satisfied.

The apartment and the terrace were very nice. Just a stone's throw from the sea. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back again and again.

This place had a breathtaking view and is very spacious with 4 terraces. The photos really don't do justice, but it actually is a two-story penthouse on the top of an apartment with a living room, kitchen, bathroom in the first floor and two bedrooms, another bathroom, and a family room in the second. Luigi was very responsive and kind. The neighborhood is quiet and a nearby restaurant (Ristorante La Locanda del Conte) served amazing Norcina pasta and arrosticini, highly recommended. The scenery is so beautiful that we regretted not booking the place for multiple nights. Just one note, there is a rude neighbor in the apartment, but he apparently is rude to everybody, so don't feel too hurt. And there is no wifi in the house, so be aware of that!

the apartment is in a great location in Porto Recanati. The accommodation was well-stocked and tidy. Silvia was very nice and always available to respond to our needs.

Beautifully furnished 3 room apartment where you have everything you need. Cot, high chair and stroller as well as toys were provided. Otherwise, we take everything that was not necessary this time as everything was available.(Shampoo/shower gel/toilet paper/coffee etc) In addition, very modern furnishings and super clean. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, which can be easily reached on foot or by elevator. The balcony is also huge, which goes completely around the apartment so you have a beautiful sea view through the alley and can enjoy the sunset in the evening. The sea is about 50 meters away and it is simply a beautiful sandy beach with a flat entrance so that even small children can have fun in the water. 2 and a parasol are available. The sea is located along a promenade where you have numerous restaurant options. Nevertheless, it is very quiet in the apartment so you don't hear any car noise. Angela and Massimilliano are very friendly and helpful. In between, ask if everything is okay or what is missing. Since they also live in the house themselves, they are quickly on site in case of problems. Communication is quite fast. To the apartment The view will just be phenomenal. But you should be aware beforehand that you are on the 15th floor and the railing is a little more than waist high. Otherwise, everything is positive. The apartment is equipped with everything that is sufficient for daily needs. Kitchen, washing machine, hair dryer, basic amenities and more. Towels and bedding were fresh. Our dog was also very welcome. The cafe on the first floor has a good selection in the morning for coffee and we enjoyed our sack there every evening. The parking is locked and free of charge. It's a few minutes walk to the beach. Across the street and there. We enjoyed our holiday and would be happy to come back.

Roberto and Sandra were impeccable in everything! My nephew and I felt at home, empathetic and super helpful sunny people, what to say, really extraordinary! I highly recommend it, a very nice place, a very clean house with all the comforts! They recommended very good places to visit, clubs and very good restaurants in the area! Amedeo and Simona were very responsive and a pleasure. The kitchen was well equiped for our long-term stay. The only comment would be, the train is close by and frequent with vehicle traffic on the other side, not an issue for us but is not very quiet. We loved the view from the balcony of Silvi Paese during the day and night. The bus stops are close by and the the train is less than 1 km.
