House vacation rentals in Großer Arbersee

The Kostnerhof is a very nicely renovated farmhouse. We used the outdoor oven, sauna, swimming pond and bathing barrel extensively. The rooms and kitchen are beautifully furnished. The view is fabulous. The hosts are very friendly and uncomplicated. We had a wonderful, relaxing week.

We stayed with Angelika for Halloween. It was a great place to stay. Just like in the pictures. Super cozy and beautifully decorated. Angelika was always easily accessible and super friendly. Also a good place to stay for families with children. We will be happy to come back.

We stayed at the property for 3 days in August 2024. The apartment is optimal for 2 people and equipped with everything you need. The bathroom was very modern and clean. There were plenty of towels provided. The kitchenette even has an oven and a fridge with freezer, which was very pleasant at the tropical temperatures. The bedside tables have USB ports. The whole place makes a very loving and thoughtful impression. The information in the information folder was well prepared. Connecting to the wifi was extremely easy thanks to QR code. In the hallway there were all kinds of brochures to the tourist attractions in the area. There was also a current calendar of events. The best part was that thanks to the Aktivcard Bayerischer Wald, many of the attractions are already included. The outdoor area is also very nice. In summer there is a pool. There is also a small Kneipp pool and sauna available for rent.

It was just wonderful. We went there for a relaxing weekend and a birthday celebration. The house is great for having bigger groups. Especially the terrace roof is perfect, you can sit outside whenever you want. Milan is a great host, very nice and answers really fast. It was a pleasure to stay there, hopefully we will revisit him!

A super chalet with mega views, a mega beautiful view of the mountains with a really pure and great air. For people who want to enjoy the full peace and quiet, the best option. Fully equipped of the kitchen everything you need to feel mega comfortable. The communication was really great with help or problems were helped immediately. We were there as a family with two children and a dog, the host was very friendly, everything was clean and the restaurant next door was also delicious. In the area there were many opportunities to walk and a special recommendation is the wild garden near Furth in the forest.

Matthias' house was the perfect place for our vacation to be among us and explore nature. Fantastic house, fantastic surroundings and a super nice landlord who is very flexible and helpful. We definitely want to come again, it was an unforgettable time.

Beautiful place for families. Everything is very high quality clean and cozy. Here you could move in smoothly. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds comfortable and the sauna great. We were three families with a total of 5 children and the house was a perfect size for us. There are also many opportunities to do nearby. The communication with Petra was also great, always quick and helpful. Thanks for the very nice holiday! We will be happy to come back.

We got it right by the navigation. It is parked in front of the gate. It's close. We had e-bikes, but since we have a 20-month-old girl, we went on trips by car,then we went on bike paths. It was raining for the first two days, which is not the fault of anyone. According to the description, I thought it was two rooms and a kitchen, but it's one small room (it was enough to sleep) and a central room with a kitchen, a couch, and a double bed. Spacious bathroom, with shower. We didn't use the possibility of sitting in the pergola and fireplace. But it's a very nice, well-maintained garden. Very kind and diligent mother of the hostess. We were in the loft, so it was warmer, but we were mostly gone during the day 🙂

Communication in advance and also the reception by Miriam was very warm and reliable. After a short tour of the beautiful cottage right on the edge of the forest, we felt immediately comfortable. Very cozy parlor with wood stove, beautiful rooms, all very clean and kitchen excellently equipped. The furnishings and decoration are very lovingly designed. Drinks are cheap to buy in the accommodation, which was very comfortable for us. The area offers beautiful excursion destinations and is just as worth a visit as the beautiful accommodation. Due to the good distribution of the rooms, you always have enough privacy for several people and also our small animal companion (dog) was very welcome and warmed your butt by the oven. 😁 We didn't miss anything and we will be happy to come back. Thank you for this lovely stay! ❤️

great stay in our host family home

We had a very nice time in beautiful countryside. The forest behind the house is an enchanted dream. We felt completely comfortable with Lars and in the apartment above him. He helped if something was missing. We worked in the studio. The vibe there and on the narrow, long balcony is beautiful.

We spent a very very nice weekend in the house with 8 adults and 8 children. It has everything you need. The kitchen is very well equipped. The huge children's room is great for the kids. And the lounge is just great, the place by the fireplace and the ping pong table are two absolute highlights. The contact with the host is very friendly, fast and uncomplicated.

Insanely beautiful accommodation that is strikingly well equipped and furnished with attention to detail. The house and furnishings are brand new and high quality - everything is really thought out from front to back. Absolute feel-good atmosphere from the first moment. Child-friendly with bed, changing table, high chair and co. outdoor facilities also very nice incl. Garden equipment, which we unfortunately could not use so well in December. 😉 Great all-in vacation - will be happy to come back! 😍

The house exceeded our expectations both in the amenities, there was really everything, as well as in the loving and tasteful decoration. There were fresh roses in every room. An enchanted garden with plenty of sitting places has completed the whole thing. We were particularly happy to feed the many different birds and squirrels and to watch them at the various feed stations. We have never had such a clean and perfectly equipped house in which we felt so comfortable. Full score with stars.

We had a great time in Lucie's house in Nyrsko. Communication with Lucie went smoothly and she organised additional activities for us such as horse riding for the children and massages for the parents, which all went perfectly. We would love to come back! All the best to you Lucie and your family!

Our visit to Gossersdorf was relaxed, just what we wanted. Unfortunately, the weather did not quite play along, but that let us enjoy the cozy fire even more. The hosts were super friendly and supported us with information if desired. We can imagine visiting again.

super nice and cozy house with everything you need: great large garden, cozy, hidden terrace and a good sauna. we had a quiet and relaxing stay and the surrounding area offers varied hiking areas. We were all in all very satisfied!

We spent 10 days of summer vacation here House is very exceptional! The roof terrace was the highlight for us! The location of the house just down the road first irritated us a bit, but we were mostly on the road during the day and still felt comfortable. Beds were very comfortable. In the village there is a bakery, café and Edeka, which is very convenient. You are also quickly in Passau and there are many nearby excursion destinations. We had a great holiday overall. Jochen was a very nice host.

We spent 2 days with our dogs in the pond house and enjoyed it a lot. Super relaxing, idyllic and beautiful. The place was super clean and cozy, the terrace with the creek and swimming pond in front was also super nice. Highly recommended, we will gladly come back!
