Monthly Rentals in Grønning

Ingrid and Eilert welcomed us so warmly and immediately had hiking tips for us! We immediately felt so comfortable that we extended the stay for a week! The Vesterals are beautiful and diverse. By car and on foot we explored the area and enjoyed nature, great beaches, eagles, moose, magnificent views from the mountains, berries galore and the northern lights from the balcony!!! Shopping quite close, museums are also not far away. Nice coffee and restaurant reachable in 10 minutes. Day trips to Lofoten are easily doable. The house is lovingly furnished. The kitchen has everything you need. The beds were very comfortable! A short place to stay! Highly recommended!! Thank you Ingrid and Eilert

What a beautiful, tastefully decorated and cozy house with perhaps the most beautiful view in all of Scandinavia! And as a nearest neighbor, there was a bald eagle who regularly flew by. It was a great location to enjoy the Northern Lights. The contact with Linda was very good. We enjoyed it!

This place was amazing!! You get an entire apartment for yourself, including livingroom, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and front door hallway. You even have your own front door. This is wonderful. The hosts understand the flight schedules and welcomed me in late at night, which i was very grateful for. They immediately understood that i needed to get some groceries the next day (24 dec) so they told me where the supermarket was and had even looked up the opening hours. Very thoughtful and understanding. Due to a change in plans i was traveling alone and they invited me into their home for Christmas dinner. What an amazing kindness. The area is beautiful and very close to a larger town. The house is a few steps away from the water and deer and moose visit the garden and look through the window. :D I would absolutely recommend this place as a great alternative to the more busy, expensive and touristic Tromso. We had a pleasant stay, Check in was really easy, Katherine was always available for us if we had questions, overall a wonderful experience :)
