We had a great stay here! The house was clean and tidy and had everything you needed for your stay. Everything was as described and was an ideal location to get to the beach. The hosts Mandy and Beth were great, they informed us with everything we needed to know about the property and also let us know great recommendations for places to eat etc. Would definitely recommend this place!

A fabulous stay! The cottage was spotlessly clean and furnished to a very high standard. Louise and Chris were great hosts and very responsive with a couple of issues we had and got these fixed and sorted straight away. The hot tub was a huge bonus! Would highly recommend.

All I can say is Wow! Victor has been an incredible host when we have had to leave our property due to a leak. Extremely attentive, checked in with us to make sure everything was okay, and brought us fresh bedding after the first week. The house looks exactly like the photos, lovely and clean. Felt like a home away from home! Victor was very speedy with his responses too. Thank you so much for making a very stressful time, a lot more tolerable.

Lisa and Andy's place was spotless, warm and comfortable and communcation was very good. They let us know when the house was ready earlier than expected and very kindly let us stay later on our last day (new year's day). It was lovely to find chocolates, biscuits and milk as a welcome, and also treats for Dexter. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend and return.

This is an unusual location, about half an hour from Hull, very quiet, surrounded by fields (reclaimed land) with an occasional handsome farmhouse or private dwelling. We mostly walked our dogs on the banks of the Humber (5 minute drive away) - looking at the other bank and towards Hull it is a very busy working port, but on our side we saw seals, roe deer and lots of wading and other birds. Silke and Kevin were helpful and obliging e.g. allowing us to check in early and bring an extra dog. They responded very quickly to any questions. The house was warm and comfortable although we took a couple of days to get used to key pads on doors (because it is a bed and breakfast as well as holiday let) - you just have to carry the numbers with you and/or have them on phone. The downstairs bedroom and sitting room are open plan - this is made clear on website but I hadn't thought it through in advance - in the end my daughters accepted it happily. Silke made us a delicious dinner to order.

Back for our third stay at Lovejoy's place in Hessle. Once again the perfect base for our family of 4 to visit family in the area.

Julie and Guy were fantastic hosts and their apartment was perfect for our stay. We had everything (and more than) we needed and just wished we could have stayed longer to relax and enjoy the lovely surroundings. Would highly recommend.

We had such a wonderful stay at Kelly’s place. It was lovely and clean and the bed was so comfy. Kelly sent clear instructions and replied quickly to any questions we had. We managed to park right outside everytime and moved the car to the next road over so didn’t have to pay any parking. The beach is straight across the road and long and sandy. We had lunch at Oliver’s which was 5 minutes away by the beach and walked to the boating lake which was lovely. The shops were about a 5 minute walk away. We would definitely stay again! Thank you for having us ☺️

Great place - fantastic locations plenty of bars and restaurants. Short walk into town centre. Parking which is always a plus. Apartment is spotless as always and warm and comfortable with everything you need for a short stay.

We had a great stay at Jimmy's place. It was lovely and warm when we arrived on a freezing day. Jammy was quick to respond to my questions and requests. The location is fantastic. We have stayed here before and will definitely be back.

Lovely welcome from Pete. Spacious rooms, our two girls loved the room upstairs and enjoyed the beautiful garden and hot tub. Hessel train station only a few minutes away, nice to be able to leave the car and go off for the day, lovely Parks only a short drive away too. Would highly recommend

Clean and comfortable. Very convenient for my job at HRI. Well equipped kitchen.

Great place to stay. Deborah was responsive, friendly and helpful. The space is as described with all the home comforts, a lovely kitchen and everything you could need in a studio. I stayed with a baby and toddler which probably wouldn't be the expected set up but was a great stop gap before we move overseas. It would also be a great place if visiting friends or family nearby but want your own space.

A beautiful and thoughtfully appointed apartment. We had a great stay and would definitely come again. We loved the welcome for the dog, and all the little treats left for us humans as well! The underfloor heating in the wet room is a genius idea! Thank you for your hospitality.

My daughter had an interview at Hull University early morning. The accommodation was absolutely perfect and a two minute walk of the University. If my daughter selects this uni, I would definitely book accommodation again to come and see her. Home from home. Sharon and Steve were excellent hosts. Beds extremely comfortable.

Fabulous place to stay if looking for somewhere in the area. It was spotlessly clean and tidy and the bathroom and bed linen were exceptional with too many lovely little additions to list. Would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone.
