James was a incredible host! Very kind and gentle, gave me an incredible experience at his place. The place is in the best neighborhood of NYC. Restaurants, bars, nightlife, cityscapes and more. Few blocks from Highline Park. The apartment is very silent and perfect for a good night of sleeping. Really recomend.

I had a great month at Mario’s place. The location does a perfect job as a home base for exploring the city. It’s close to basically everything, with the Chelsea market, the bars of the west village, and the highline being very close by. Mario is very friendly and a great host

I've stayed in many AirBnB's and this one is in the top two. O's is always immediately available via text. I loved that the apartment was clear of clutter and the fridge was completely empty and spotless. In fact all the fixtures and appliances were spotless. There is a washer and a dryer which is really convenient for a long stay. There is also a sufficient supply of cleaning supplies and paper products. This all may not sound like the most important things, but they do make a long stay after a long trip very comfortable. Of course, the location is prime which is the most important part of the stay and the apartment in in the back so it is very quiet. The trade off is, there is no view, but you will not be visiting the City from the inside of an apartment and you will be able to sleep when you return from trying all the cafe's, bars, restaurants and night spots. Just what I needed for the month! Had a great stay at Hayara's place. The perfect size for one, clean, and well-stocked with the necessary amenities. Situated close to all the neighborhoods I frequent. Clear and friendly communication with the host. I wish there had been more storage options available for guests and there was not much for natural light in the space, but I spent most of my time out and about anyway!
