All you could ask for

This property has it all if you want to enjoy some quiet time with your special person. Electric fireplace, large bedroom with comfortable king size bed. The kitchen gives you everything you need to whip up a special dinner. Outdoor dining space with lights strung from a covered deck. The last photo of my mom and dad with my youngest daughter when she became a Marine is a hat tip to our family history of service to this wonderful experiment of democracy in its truest form. God bless the USA.

Built in the early 1900's, this serene cottage is located approximately one mile from Furman University at the base of Paris Mt. It has been lovingly improved, but the floors are a bit slanted and no corner is exactly square. Located in a neighborhood on a five acre farm, it consists of three large rooms, comfortably furnished and lots of natural light. The cottage is convenient to downtown Greenville(5 miles),Travelers Rest, Furman, and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. No pet fee or cleaning fee.
