Monthly Rentals in Greenport

Just as expected. Our second time staying there. Recommend for an affordable stay in a great location!

We loved Alia’s cottage so much! It’s in a fantastic location, quiet, walking distance to the beach (we used their beach wagon to tote our kids around) and really short drive to great restaurants and shops. What really stood out was how well stocked the cabin was and how thoughtfully it was set up. The quality of the furniture, bed, toiletries and linens and towels were like a high end hotel, and the kitchen has everything you’d need (spices, coffee, oil, etc). This was so great because our kids are a hard age for eating out so we brought in food a lot. (oh and there was even kid cups and utensils which was so nice). Alia went above and beyond too when we said we had little ones, setting up a high chair, messaging us about family friendly activities, and checking to see if we wanted a minicrib. It was cold when we visited so we didn’t use the outside space but there was nice furniture and fire pits we’d definitely use in the summer when we hopefully come again. Highly recommend!

Cathy and her husband greeted us upon arrival with a homemade soda bread for St Patrick’s Day. (I’m not saying she does this all the time and for everyone, but it was St Patty’s Day). Cathy is now one of my top three hosts, right up there with Gus in Maine and Tammara in Florence (out of over 30 rentals). Personal and fun, we ended up chatting away several times as they were working on the place next door. We learned about their e bike rental and would love to go back for that. We spent our weekend shopping and eating in town. Afterwards, chillin at the beautifully restored church was an absolute treat. Comfy bed, open kitchen, modern bathroom and surrounded by pretty stained glass. Completely unique. Would 100% do again. Don’t hesitate!

“A Wonderful Stay!” I had such a pleasant experience at this Airbnb! The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet close to everything I needed.
