Monthly Rentals in Green Point

The apartment was perfectly clean and we had a pleasant stay. You have a nice park close by for walking or jogging. But also waterfront is not far away, you can walk there for dinner and shopping.

10/10 airbnb & host. Apartment had everything I needed, with an INCREDIBLE view of Table Mountain, Lions Head and the city bowl. Located in a peaceful & safe residential area w secure parking. Diedelof happily met me late at night for check-in since my flight from the US was delayed. Sad to leave, will definitely return.

We had a great stay at this place, the view from the apartment of table mountain and lions peak was amazing! The apartment itself was in a good location and had amenities to use such as a gym and pool, that had beautiful views of the city and mountains, it was a great place to watch the sunset. Avril was a great host, she was very responsive and friendly.

The apartment was ideal for the 2 of us, great location. Close to the Waterfront and with excellent security. We thoroughly enjoy our stay and would hope to book again in the future
