Monthly Rentals in Green Hills, Nashville

This is what Airbnb was intended to be: a space on the owners’ property where they are on site and welcome you to their home (not some corporate owned property). The space has adorable cottage vibes and has everything you need! Private entrance with a shared back patio and yard. We only stayed for a weekend, but Randy and Cathy have equipped the space for both short and longer term stays. Bathroom was stocked with toiletries and the kitchen had coffee pods, tea, and bottled water (first time I’ve experienced this in my 11 years staying in Airbnbs). Randy was very proactive with communication and responsive to any questions I had. Very quiet neighborhood with a park across the street. Great for kids!

This space is just as described and looks just like the photos. I wasn’t expecting it to be attached to their home; I’m sure it was stated in the description, but we missed it. However, I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all. The space is very private. Uber and Lyft pick up and drop off to this location. It’s about a 13 minute drive from Broadway.

My husband and I was in Nashville for the weekend to do some shopping at the Luxury stores in Green Hills Mall. Kate’s place was less than 10 mins away. Her place was exactly what we was looking for. It was very quiet, private, and lovely. This was the perfect spot for relaxing as well! The next time we’re in Nashville, I will definitely book again! Kate was great host! 😊

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. Eli was a great host and always helpful. We appreciated the quiet apartment, only a few steps away from beautiful Centennial Park and close to Midtown/Downtown. The apartment was tastefully furnished (rather high-end compared to other Airbnbs in Nashville) and was clean. Highly recommend.
