Amazing Airbnb. The house was very clean and cozy. It had a fun rustic decor, yet everything was high-quality and fairly newly-built. In the 20F degree weather, there were no issues keeping warm or having hot water. The layout was very cool with a nice living room and upstairs area. The hot tub was a blast and was so relaxing after a long day. The location is great too, as there is virtually no light pollution and we saw SO many stars in the night sky! The price is a great value. The hosts are amazing as well, with friendly and prompt communication and clear instructions. Overall, it was a fantastic Airbnb experience for our group of 7 people on our weekend ski trip to Snowshoe. 10/10 would recommend again.

The cabin was well equipped for all of our needs. It was very comfortable with beautiful views. We enjoyed evenings by the fire or sitting in the hot tub after long days of skiing! There was 42+ inches of snow while we were there which made for incredible skiing and beautiful scenery!! The owners were very responsive in helping with snow removal because of the unusual amount of snow. We had a great time!!

One of my favorite stays ever. We loved the cabin and the proximity to snowshoe was very comfortable for a commute back and forth. Would recommend highly!

We loved our stay at Caley’s cabin. It was quaint, peaceful, friendly, and beautiful. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and taking short walks around the property in between skiing at snowshoe. We will definitely be back during other seasons to explore the area more!

Overall loved the home. The beds were nice and comfortable along with space to lounge inside and outside. The night sky was one you could only find in the area. Be ready for some of the best star gazing around. Can’t wait to return to this retreat.

This cozy cabin was perfect for my family of 5 kids! We came to go skiing for the first time at snowshoe and the cabin was a perfect private retreat for family time, games, and a hot tub for aches and pains from skiing! Super clean, cozy and we had everything needed including laundry detergent we forgot! Filtered cold water tower was extra nice for all our yeti refills! We were party of 7 but 10 can sleep comfortably, plus two full baths! Crockpot, two types of coffee makers, toaster, all cooking utensils needed for big breakfasts and convenient supper! This was exactly the cabin escape we were hoping for! It checked all the boxes with absolutely no compromise, and the hosts were great and very prompt in their responses

We had an amazing girls trip at the cabin! We enjoyed the privacy and outdoor fire place. Couldn’t have asked for a better place for our trip!

Great backwoods place to sleep and get away from the world. Cabin was small and comfortable with the appliances listed in the description. Bathroom was clean and each cabin had their own shower and toilet. The host was easy to work with and helped us make a great stay.

This was a fabulous cabin! It was very dog friendly! We really enjoyed our stay despite the cold (9 F) and the snowstorm! We will definitely return the next time we have a visit to WV!

This is our 3rd year coming back to the cabin. We still love it and the area. The cabin has everything you need. Peaceful, serene, right along the river, and cozy. We look forward to our trip next year.

Beautiful and peaceful! This small cabin was perfect for a few solo days of reflection and reset at the end and beginning of the year. I loved the trails around the property and how quiet and serene the place was. The cabin itself had everything I needed. Even during some bitterly cold days, the mini-split kept things entirely warm and cozy. Highly recommend staying here!

This was in my top 2 relaxing, peaceful stays I've ever had. The property is beautiful, we woke up to horses right outside every morning. sometimes they seemed to be excited to see us and would come right up to us and would let us pet them. We cooked all our meals there, kitchen was well equiped and they had a grill. The firepit gave us that camping feel. we did take out dog and that was great as well, the property was secluded and we were able to let the dog roam a bit. My husband already wants to go back and our dog whimpered a while when we left, dhe wanted to stay. We will be back!

The place was very clean it’s a perfect place for couples and you get to see such beautiful view we had so much fun!!

We had an amazing stay!! Great location, great people, great cabins and properties. This placed checked all of our boxes and the amenities were great to have. The cabin was exactly as pictured, we got more out of this place than we had anticipated. 10/10 we’ll be back

This was our second stay at this cabin, we love it! Sheree is always so lovely and responsive! We love this area of WV, and love to make spontaneous trips to it here and there. The area is beautiful and so is this cozy little cabin. We last-minute booked this last time around. Sheree responded immediately and was very sweet and welcoming! Our stay at Jarred’s place was second to none. The location is incredible and picturesque (especially for anyone that’s a fan of Emerson or Thoreau); the home is well curated midcentury but not themey or kitschy; the kitchen was well stocked and everything well appointed; and Jarred himself went well above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we were comfortable, well taken care of, and were able to safely leave after a big snow storm hit. Not to mention that the beds are Tempur Pedicure, and my partner and I got some of the best sleep we’ve had in months. Jarred is a true stand up guy and has earned our loyalty, and if he’s open to it, a return visit from us. Cannot recommend this spot highly enough!

We loved our stay at Ksenia's cabin. The decor, amenities, and furnishings were charming, thoughtful and clean. Ksenia was super responsive to any requests or questions. The beds were comfortable, and we had everything we needed for our snowboard weekend. The cabin is 5 minutes from the bottom of Snowshoe. Book it! You won't regret it!

What an amazing and welcoming home. Upon arrival, we gushed over the details in decorating and how the home appeared to be straight from a home magazine. Once we settled in, we realized the owners truly provided everything we could have possibly needed to feel right at home. When we had a question, they were quick to helpfully respond. We love the ski-in ski-out location of Wabasso and found this unit to be our favorite yet! We hope to book again next year as this felt like our new home away from home at Snowshow!

We arrived at the cabin and were greeted by an open hilltop location surrounded by beautiful rolling hills and forests. The cabin was more beautiful and well appointed than we expected because Cindy has gone above and beyond to make it comfortable, livable and immensely interesting. The craftsmanship of the cabin is remarkable with its heavy timber framing and exposed beams. Equally remarkable is the decor. Everywhere you look, you’ll see something new and interesting. The hiking out the back door is wonderful. There are miles of trails that range from easy and flat to a back country billy goat style mountain hiking. We highly recommend Cindy’s cabin and plan to return ASAP!

Staying at Lucinda’s cabin was great! Lucinda really takes care with her guests - giving fresh eggs and flowers, writing instructions for everything you may need, and information on the area in the cabin. The cabin itself was perfect for what we (2ppl) needed - a place to have a lazy morning and relax, then to come back to in the early evening to enjoy relaxing time in front of the fire. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing weekend away from the city.

This cabin is super flexible for gatherings both inside and outside. Has a chill, retro vibe but still has todays "necessities" like WIFI and ample size TV for group watching. Looking forward to taking advantage of other seasons in this location to fully utilize the wraparound porch and fire pit.
