Erik and team were amazing and helpful during our stay in beautiful sunny Colorado! We can’t wait to come back!

We loved sitting on the patio and enjoying the views of the lake with the fire table. The apple tree was a plus with very delicious apples. From the primary bedroom there was a terrific view of the sunrise. Roberto was very responsive and helpful. Neighbor downstairs was very friendly and nice to chat with on the pier.

The house was perfect. We attended a conference at the Hilton which was about a 10 minute walk. The house comfortable fit our group. The house was very clean and the kitchen was equipped. We hope to stay here again next time we have a conference. Thank you for sharing your lovely house!

This location is great, easy walk to downtown Ft Collins and access to the Poudre river trail. It was a perfect base for visiting my daughter who is attending CSU.

Kevin’s place was a great place to stay for our family. It’s in a nice location and neighborhood— there’s a huge park that’s walkable from the house to take the kids to play and everything in town is a quick drive. We loved the hot tub and grill. The kitchen was well stocked. Very family friendly. Kevin and his wife were responsive and accommodating. Would stay here again!

Our stay at Erik's was exactly as advertised. Great spot to stay if you want to explore downtown Fort Collins

This location is amazing, close drive to Estes and right on the Big Thompson. Sitting by the fire and listening to the river while watching the stars was pretty great. We were blessed to see an abundance of wildlife as well, bald eagles, foxes, wild turkeys, and big horn sheep. If you enjoy grilling or bbqing there is a grill, pellet stove, smoker, and wood fired pizza oven! Overall a very good stay, the beds could definitely use an update, but overall we enjoyed our stay. I would give a 10+ to our stay at this home. Everything in this home was spotless and has all the modern convivences. It was the kind of house that felt like home.

It was a beautiful whimsical place to stay! The colorful interior was just what I needed and the studio provided a generous working space. I loved it so much and felt so privileged to be there, even in the snow. I visit Fort Collins often and can’t wait to stay here again! Ann is a super kind host who was proactive about every need. I felt extremely welcomed!

Very comfortable space with everything we needed! We had a very late arrival but the directions and parking recommendations were very clear. Great stay and will be back!

Kelsey's place is well priced for what you get. It's very comfortable and spacious with lots of little touches to make it feel like home. We enjoyed the french press, the super comfy bed and new couch. It is a bit noisy given its proximity to a busy road and people moving about upstairs. This is well addressed by the provision of a noise maker and earplugs in the bedroom. You can tell that Kelsey and her team love this place, its very well taken care of and in good condition. It's also easily walkable to Washington's for a show and lots of restaraunts and bars. We would happily stay here again. Thanks Kelsey and team!

Great downtown location, easy walking to many great restaurants and shops. Being able to walk right downstairs to Starry night coffee shop in the morning was great!

Thanks for a great stay!!! The Fort is a great space, and surprisingly bright and full of light for being a basement unit. I loved the fenced in private yard and feeling free to contact you anytime I had a question. The kitchen chalk board and booklet full of suggestions is great for activities. I slept like a dream in the comfy bed and the bathroom was sparkling. Thanks again!!

This unit is super cute, comfy and cozy for two people. Loved the Weecasa Village and all the unique tiny houses. It was a quick 15 minute drive to Boulder providing us access to all the shops, restaurants and hiking. Local coffee house was great breakfast spot with a super friendly staff. All in all it was a great experience.

Everything we needed for a cozy Thanksgiving stay! Conveniently located to downtown and lots of other amenities. Because this wasn't clear to me in the description, I'll call it out for other considering guests — you get both sides of the duplex, but they are NOT accessible to each other inside the units. You have to go outside and then back inside to get to the other unit. It wasn't a big deal, but we didn't expect it.

Great spot! The description is accurate. Description says one bedroom, so if you’re like me and only look at pictures, it looks like more than one bed room. This was not an issue for us! Just wanted to write this as a heads up to anyone! Really enjoyed our stay! Close to downtown and everywhere else in Loveland. Super quick trip up to Fort Collins too!

Lynn was a great host. We were here working for a couple weeks on an overnight job. We were very comfortable and felt right at home.

This was a perfect home for a weekend away! We had quite the large group and those was accommodating for all of us! The home has a gorgeous open floor plan and a fabulous back yard! It was everything we needed for our stay and will be back again!
