Kerri’s place was very whimsical and exactly how it was described. The thought to detail was astounding in all the decor and games . It was very clean and well stocked with activities including their scavenger hunt. Is a great place for families but I would caution anyone with very small children as there are some fragile items in the unit ( I would just set it out of reach). Kitchen has a small kitchenette but no oven so don’t expect to cook large dinners, but was suitable for our needs since we ate out a lot. All in all a great stay , and can’t be topped in Loveland.

Great location right in the heart of Downtown. Apartment is perfect for 2, has everything you need and feels like home. You are steps away from everything you would want to do from shopping, coffee, drinks or food and entertainment. Definitely recommend.

This was a wonderful place for my husband and our two young children. We felt right at home! Jami was so gracious to be flexible about our schedule and I am truly so grateful for her! The Airbnb was so clean. The cleanest Airbnb I’ve been in. Their backyard faces the mountains and the views are beautiful! Not a detail is missed! Quality paper towels, toilet paper, teas, spices, everything to feel at home. The best part was Jami’s son, Jacob. What a polite, thoughtful and incredibly bright young man. My oldest son hit it off with him right away. Jacob showed us how to take night pictures of the sky and it was so cool. We got some really beautiful photos of the Colorado skies. We also enjoyed some homemade zucchini bread on my youngest son’s birthday to top it off. We looked at the calendar to book longer with them but this place was booked up. So if you’re interested in this place I say book well in advance! Excellent stay and even more excellent people. Cannot recommend enough!

Doreen made us feel welcomed. The rental was beautiful. It was very clean and decorated very well. We were very comfortable. We will stay there again if we get the chance.

Trish’s place was very convenient and located close to everything. It was easily accessible and Trish was very responsive with any questions. The beds were super comfortable and for being a basement apartment, it was bright and cheery. We loved the nature area that was close by; we saw a herd of deer one evening just out the front door! We will definitely rent from Trish again!

This was a perfect place and location for our week stay in Fort Collins. My family was in town for a wedding and it was great to be able to rent both of Ali's units to give us the space we needed. This place was the PERFECT location in FC. Right across from the university, walkable to so many restaurants and things to do but also an easy drive getting around the area. Ali was extremely responsive and accommodating to all of our requests. Highly recommend this location.

Brian's place is exactly how described. It is private and quiet. The park across the street offers a great view and walking area for relaxation. Brian was great gave all instructions clearly. Definitely will be staying again!!!

We absolutely loved our stay at the apartment. It is walkable to everything in Old Town. The location was perfect and the host were lovely and very supportive. Will definitely stay here again if available when we come back to see our son!

What a quaint and beautiful home! Very pristine! Everything was new! We loved the location. We could walk wherever we wanted in town. We love Berthoud and small towns so this location was perfect for us! Beth was very responsive and made us feel welcome!

Excellent location: close to west side of CSU, right next to several off-campus student buildings, and several restaurants and other services are just a few minutes walk away. Neighbors are easy to hear through the walls and some cars are loud driving by, but this would be the case in any apartment in this area. Will plan to stay here again!

It was a perfect place for us. It was near our grown children where they live and worked. It was easy to get to downtown while there wasn’t a stove it was amazing the implements they had available for cooking. Air fryer. Rice cooker. Toaster oven. Microwave. Crockpot. Coffee maker. Amy was quickly and very responsive.

Love, love this Airbnb and have stayed here a few time! Super cute, peaceful, very responsive host, attention to details! Have a beautiful garden to enjoy during the summer months, close to CSU and walkable to restaurants!

This is a great place to stay in Fort Collins. The downtown area is close and easy to get to. We have family in Fort Collins and this will be our go-to Airbnb when we visit.

A lovely studio in a charming house. The house is located on a very pleasant tree lined street, away from the main highway through town and a 12-15 minute walk from CSU campus and multiple restaurants.
