Great location right in the heart of Downtown. Apartment is perfect for 2, has everything you need and feels like home. You are steps away from everything you would want to do from shopping, coffee, drinks or food and entertainment. Definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed staying at Brennan's unit in Fort Collins for a getaway weekend from Denver. The unit was clean, the bed was super comfortable and the neighborhood is about a mile from Old Town. Brennan and his family were great hosts and checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again as it's close to downtown and the unit was very comfortable and easy to get to.

Stayed over Christmas week to visit my family nearby and loved this space! Kitchen was well equipped to cook, bathroom is well stocked. Shower had great pressure and the bed was comfy. Entire space was cleaned amazingly well. Super cozy having fireplaces in both main rooms. So sweet that we even got home baked cookies from moms recipe (which were delicious!). Would love to come back! One thing to note, if you check in when it is dark outside, the keypad on the door isn't lit and the porch light doesn't illuminate it... so just make sure your phone flashlight is on.

We absolutely loved our stay at the apartment. It is walkable to everything in Old Town. The location was perfect and the host were lovely and very supportive. Will definitely stay here again if available when we come back to see our son!

This was a wonderful place for my husband and our two young children. We felt right at home! Jami was so gracious to be flexible about our schedule and I am truly so grateful for her! The Airbnb was so clean. The cleanest Airbnb I’ve been in. Their backyard faces the mountains and the views are beautiful! Not a detail is missed! Quality paper towels, toilet paper, teas, spices, everything to feel at home. The best part was Jami’s son, Jacob. What a polite, thoughtful and incredibly bright young man. My oldest son hit it off with him right away. Jacob showed us how to take night pictures of the sky and it was so cool. We got some really beautiful photos of the Colorado skies. We also enjoyed some homemade zucchini bread on my youngest son’s birthday to top it off. We looked at the calendar to book longer with them but this place was booked up. So if you’re interested in this place I say book well in advance! Excellent stay and even more excellent people. Cannot recommend enough!

Doreen made us feel welcomed. The rental was beautiful. It was very clean and decorated very well. We were very comfortable. We will stay there again if we get the chance.

We had the most wonderful stay at the White Barn Loft! There were so many small, well thought-out details that made the space feel contemporary, cozy and welcoming. The loft was sparkling clean with wonderful views. The location is peaceful and only ~15 mins from Fort Collins. We would love to stay again. Highly recommend!

Peter checked on me the first evening, it felt my dad was checking on my wellbeing and safety. He was able to tell me about the mountain trails I could run and hike. Ultimately, I enjoyed that he allowed me that private space when I got home every evening. I had never been to Fort Collins and was in town for the CSU graduation. My Air BNB stays are always part of my travels, and he did an excellent job hosting. If you are someone who wants your own space this place is for you. He will respond to your Air BNB questions in messenger within minutes.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s just as described, in a peaceful and beautiful neighborhood. I work nights so I sleep days and the bedroom has shades and room darkening curtains. Even though there is a train in town, I never heard it! Thanks for a fantastic stay!

Everything was great! Location was awesome and hosts were super quick, responsive, and helpful. They even shoveled our path before we got up because it snowed the night before.

It was a beautiful whimsical place to stay! The colorful interior was just what I needed and the studio provided a generous working space. I loved it so much and felt so privileged to be there, even in the snow. I visit Fort Collins often and can’t wait to stay here again! Ann is a super kind host who was proactive about every need. I felt extremely welcomed!

A lovely studio in a charming house. The house is located on a very pleasant tree lined street, away from the main highway through town and a 12-15 minute walk from CSU campus and multiple restaurants.
