We came for a small weekend trip to Holiday Valley in the middle of a snow storm and enjoyed a beautiful weekend of skiing. They left shovels and salt for the snow and also cleared the driveway for us halfway through the stay. Location is super close to Ellicottville and Holiday Valley resort. Check-in was very easy and simple through the keypad. We didn’t need too much from the host and there was pretty much whatever we needed for a weekend stay in the house. The couch was so comfy and large. One pointer for future guests is do read the instructions on the list and pay attention to how the heating system works to maximize comfort because it is a little funky. Overall, our trip was great and it was a perfect location for holiday valley and Ellicottville activities.

Overall, it was lovely! Everything was clean. 12 minutes from Holliday Valley! The kitchen had everything needed to cook a "home meal".
