We had a wonderful stay in the treehouse quirky and very different with excellent views great location for Carlingford and two minutes walk from a friendly local bar extremely dog friendly Padraig went out of his way to meet us and was very responsive and helpful thanks so much Karen Stephen and Jessie 🐶

This is a really beautiful place to stay. it's lovely and secluded and very peaceful! Stephen & Sandy (and Cara the dog!) were wonderful hosts and gave us lots of advice on local walks and things to do in the area. The house was lovely and comfortable and we could have quite easily spent several days chilling in the garden and exploring the treehouse! We would highly recommend staying here, it's truly wonderful!

We stayed in the treehouse & it was exactly what was described. All the kids loved it - whole area was enjoyable & the kids loved the play area & games room. Could not recommend staying here enough - made some lovely memories. Views over the fields were amazing. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Stayed at many hotels and AirB&Bs and I must say this was by far the most beautiful, peaceful getaway we’ve ever had. The treehouse itself is more wonderful than the pictures and there is literally everything you need there. Lucinda hasn’t cut any corners whatsoever and so much effort has been put into making this place absolutely incredible. As for the location, you are free to walk round acres of stunning countryside and woodland areas and it feels like you’re the only people on earth there. This weekend has exceeded everything we could have hoped for and would certainly stay again and recommend to anyone looking to escape reality for a couple of nights.

Unique stay in a beautiful setting. Quiet and peaceful. Would definitely recommend and would be again without a doubt.

Myself and my Husband stay here for 2 nights and had a lovely time. Victoria was there to meet us when we arrived and showed us around her amazing place. It has everything you need and also local pubs that do amazing food if you want to venture out. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Victoria :)

Bigger and better than the photos, all the great reviews here are to be believed, our only regret is we weren’t staying longer, key instructions are very simple and easy to set up ahead of time to activate at the checkin time, google maps led us to the correct entrance. Trees and foliage between the main house and the Cabin make this feel very private, with the sauna and hot tub a short walk away and even more private! Lots of things to discover and nice additions and touches here and there. Heating and lighting all straight forward and labelled on the switches and the controllers, beds were all very very comfortable. We will definitely be back in the summer and for a couple of nights, would recommend this to couples, adult groups and parents/kids, there is something here for everyone!

Such a wonderful find. The location is so private and peaceful. The attention to detail from the hosts is outstanding, from the placement of bird feeders to encourage wildlife to comfortable viewing points to homely touches in the cabin - we were immediately comfortable and felt at home in the space. Small touches such as fresh flowers, fresh bread, coffee and games available made for a fantastic welcome. The initial tour was friendly and helpful, advising how to use the facilities, however instructions are also available for if we needed a reminder. The hosts provided recommendations for local amenities and restaurants and we felt they were available for queries but not at all intrusive to the stay. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub and new fire deck - fantastic with a glass of wine and evening cheese board! We stayed here on the night of our wedding and could not have asked for a more perfect stay.

John, who built the treehouse welcomed us on arrival and gave us a concise tour of its features and amenities. He was very warming and a pleasure to listen to. You WILL NOT be disappointed with the treehouse, it was amazing in every sense of the word. Pristine, charming, characterful, warm, unique are just some of the many superlatives we could use. The care and attention that has been lovingly poured into creating this place is inspirational. Do book without hesitation.

We had a lovely stay in this amazing hidden in the woods lodge. Catherine was very helpful and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. The furnishings are lovely and the hot tub in the trees is just perfect! Area is fantastic for exploring- we did a great circular walk without needing to drive anywhere. Great wee trip!

Beautiful place the team arranged birthday bunting and a bouquet for my girlfriend extremely helpful and attentive if necessary, had plenty of fire wood for the hot tub outside which was stunning and such a cozy inside place. The team have made a beautiful and peaceful atmosphere which we adored. Would’ve changed nothing so wholesome and quiet ☺️

This was an extra special trip for us, the perfect place to celebrate our 5-year anniversary. The 6-hour journey was absolutely worth it - the cabin and surroundings were pure magic! We booked based on the reviews, and they were all spot on! Bernice and Huw are incredible hosts, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Nothing was too much trouble, and their hospitality made our stay even more special - 10/10! We loved everything - the cozy indoor fire, the fire pit, the hammock, and the peaceful woods. The secret bedroom door felt straight out of The Hobbit, a hidden sanctuary adding to the charm (we'll pretend it didn't take us 15 mins to find! haha). The small kitchen was super handy, the bed was big and comfy, and the cabin was so warm and cozy. Even the compost toilet was surprisingly odor-free! Honestly, we’ll 100% be back and will be recommending this amazing place to everyone. Thank you, Huw and Bernice, for creating such a magical retreat!

Amazing stay! Will hopefully be back at some point to enjoy the amazing views again!

We loved our stay. Hosts were so lovely and responded quickly. The area is peaceful but close enough to beaches, shops ect. We would definitely recommend staying.

Carols Hut is a little North Walian Gem, Carol greeted me on Arrival and took me through the recycling and how to use the hot tub. She is also a Gem. She made sure we had cookies crisps and marshmallows to toast over the fire. A romantic and beautiful spot that anyone would be lucky to stay at. Cannot wait to come back 1 night wasn’t enough. The treetops accommodation was fantastic, a great experience all around. The location is brilliant, surrounded by tall trees in the darkness was a very relaxing setting, especially whilst cooking a Pizza in an outside Pizza oven! Charlotte was a fantastic host, very quick to respond and help when we had a question. The accommodation was lovely and clean, bedding was comfortable, good cooking equipment and the shower experience was really pleasant also.

We've just had 2 nights in the beautifully cosy treehouse. Such a wonderful stay in the stunning countryside, the treehouse was so lovely, well equipped and cosy and our own private bathroom was really top notch! it's quiet, peaceful, beautiful and Guy and Jo were kind and helpful, plus the farm animals are so cute! We just loved bbq and firepit and had an amazing, romantic stay. We can't wait to go back! Thank you so much!

A really cool location, and Anjana and her husband were wonderful hosts and very helpful before hand with directions and wild water swimming and fishing locations. We’d love to come again in Summer! The only thing was that the outdoor lights didn’t work and there wasn’t much dry firewood. But the tent is sooo cool and the vibe was up our street. Would recommend!

Yvonne and Alastair's cottage was an absolute dream to stay in. The most stunning cottage with second to none views. The cottage was spotless and had everything needed to make this the best Airbnb we have stayed in! The facilities including bed, shower, kitchen, TV and living room area were fantastic. Waking up to the resident red squirrels eat their peanuts each morning was a particular highlight. Communication was faultless, and there was nothing that wasn't thought of. Our welcome package including wine, flowers and two free coffees "on us" at the local village store (well worth a visit) made our stay extra special. We cannot wait to come back ASAP!

We enjoyed our stay in Nathan's hut. Perfect location for walking the end section of the South West Coast Path.
