What a joy to be hosted by Marino and Nico the owners of the place, rather than a dehumanized key box. This place is great for two adults, the equipment is complete, the bedding is comfortable. The studio is very well located and has all the necessary equipment. Parking space is an undeniable advantage. We'll be happy to go back as soon as we get the chance.

i was very satisfied with my week-long stay in this very well maintained and very clean accommodation. responsive host if needed and very quiet and pleasant area. Only small downside during my arrival, the TV in the living room didn't work, but it wasn't a problem because there was one in the bedroom as well. I have directly notified the owners who will do what is necessary afterwards. I would definitely stay and would definitely stay. 👍

Very pleasant stay. The apartment is very functional, very well located 2 steps from the beach and shops and yet very quiet. The parking in private courtyard is very appreciated and the welcome is very friendly! I recommend it with my eyes closed
