Monthly Rentals in Grandes Cayes

Maxwell was absolutely exceptional during our 6-day stay in SXM. The suite was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for comfort and top-tier hospitality. On top of that, we had a beautiful view of the water and were a close walk to the beach and pool. Throughout the trip, Maxwell was always so attentive and prompt to recommendations we were looking for eating out, beaches to visit, night life to even nail salons for me and my best friend to go to. SXM roads are very bumpy and rocky so something to look out for. Unfortunately we got into some trouble with our car rental during our trip and needed a mechanic to fix it. Maxwell was extremely kind to not only recommend a great mechanic but to also take us, help communicate for us, and make sure everything went smoothly. We will definitely be going back to SXM, we fell in love with the country, the people, and overall the culture. One thing is for sure, whenever we do comeback this listing is the one we are looking for!

Awesome spot to recharge. Amazing views, spacious villa, comfortable bed. Wifi worked well. Communication was prompt (instructions and during stay via Wha#sapp). Kayak and SUP available. We took the kayak out to the sandbar, small private island, and Pinel (alternatively there is a ferry nearby to go to Pinel). Life jackets & snorkel gear also provided. Villa is setup really nicely, plenty of spaces to chill either indoor or outdoor...multiple tables, seating arrangements, large sofa & TV (Netflix included). Parking spot is a short walk away (incline involved). Community is quiet & gated at night/weekends. Location is within a 10min drive to many beaches, shops, restaurants, tennis club. Villa is perfect for a couples getaway.

Wonderful stay at Diane & Bruno’s Villa! Very friendly hosts and offered greats suggestions where to visit, east and explore the island. We could come :) Also loved their cat that visited us daily ♥️

A fabulous stay at Lars’ apartment. Location was superb overlooking the sea and the wide sweep of Orient Bay. Swimming pool was fantastic (and deserted), a convenience store and pizzeria on the premises with great supermarket, deli and shopping a 5 minute drive away. The apartment was everything we needed it to be, very well equipped and comfortably air conditioned. We will definitely be back to St Maarten and will stay at Lars’ place again if it is free.
