Modern & Cozy Studio | Walk to Downtown & Beach

EmilyRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Incredibly cute apartment within walking distance to the main area on Front St. Troy provided plenty of instructions for parking and getting in and made sure to check in periodically via the app to make sure I had everything I needed. There was even a welcome cider waiting when I arrived. Individual hotel-esque soap kits were provided from Sojo.

Great location! It is easy to walk to town and the lake. The bed & bedding were so comfortable. We appreciated the book with local recommendations & the welcome bottle of champagne. The parking garage is attached & only $20 per day which seemed reasonable to us.

Downtown Suttons Bay Retreat

JohnRating, 5 stars6 months ago
Great location with a super host. Only small issues — no freezer for the ice pad we need for a knee issue and, the bed, though comfortable is insanely high — even with a step stool was tough for my five foot wife to get in and out of. Super thick mattress plus a couple inch topper. Incredibly well stocked and super clean. Parking was a breeze and the front deck was a real nice bonus. Wonderful experience.

Cypress Retreat -Walk to the Beach & Down Town TC

Fresh and clean, quick response time and self check in really saved us when we lost power during the ice storm and needed to get our baby and dog someplace warm last minute. When we needed to extend to a second night the room was already booked but Karla messaged all the other rent unit owners for us to see if anything was available. So kind!

Serene and Clean! Near beaches and wineries!

LindsayRating, 5 stars8 months ago
We really enjoyed our stay at this home! The home was very spacious for our group of 5. We did struggle to find Ubers and Lyfts and taxis seem to book up quickly so we would suggest planning rides in advance. Other than that we couldn’t have asked for a better space and location for our trip! Annemarie is a great host and kept us informed and up to date throughout our entire stay. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful Traverse City Lakehouse - pets allowed

NatalieRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
This was an incredible experience. Brenden helped me out when I was in a panic about where to stay after a previous reservation had fallen through. Very easy to communicate with and was very accommodating. The property was beautiful and house was clean. Garage was spacious and rooms were perfect for guests we had. The only bummer was the rain all weekend to not enjoy the outdoors/lake but the company was good! Would highly recommend not only this property but Brenden as a host!

Brand new modern home with backyard near downtown

ChrisRating, 5 stars20 months ago
House was exactly as listed. In addition to being spotless clean, all the house amenities were top notch with the best being the kitchen. Made majority of meals in high end kitchen - so refreshing to have quality pots and pans that made the experience great. Master bath was large with multiple shower heads in the shower. We enjoyed the rear patio at night with a relaxing fire in the gas fire pit. Parking was more than adequate with plenty of room and large garage that allowed storage of multiple bikes and e-scooter. Location was great with short walk to downtown or waterfront. Be sure to check out the Bricktown Cookie Company, Bricktown Burger and Loco Boys Brewing all less than 2 blocks away. Access to Tart & Boardman Trails was very easy allowing near daily rides. Be sure to check out walking trails at Hickory Hills and Vasa - very easy and relaxing. Communication with Rande was outstanding with near instant response. Obvious that Rande really wants guests to enjoy the house

Whole house downtown, with kid and adult bikes

KristinaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Very cute stay! Very clean, somewhat sparse kitchen amenities, but enough for us to prep and cook a meal. The ductless AC/hearing units were tricky to figure out. Most importantly, both bathrooms are on the main floor, which is not clear from the listing. This meant my friend who cannot do stairs without assistance slept on the couch downstairs so she didn’t have to wake us up if when she needed the restroom. Overall a very nice place, but wish a couple things had been more clear.

Super clean, great location. I loved everything about this place except you could hear literally every car that drove by and it woke me up every single morning, even with a sound machine. However, everything else was great, especially the location, 5 to 10 minute walk to all bars, restaurants and shops.

Capri 001-Comfy Downtown Close to Everything Condo

BradRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We really enjoyed our stay in Traverse City. The place was in great condition and clean! It was easy to access with the clear and concise instructions from Robin. The location was great! Less than a 2 minute walk from a few great restaurants and less than a 10 minute walk to Front St! The bed was quite comfortable and the extra blankets around the place were much appreciated as it was a cool spring weekend. 2 things to note - 1) the condo parking lot has VERY small spaces but is conveniently located and free, if you can get a spot. 2) there is an exterior light that leaks past the blind of one of the bedroom windows, and it prevents the room from getting pitch dark. It didn't bother us, but might be worth packing an eye mask! We loved our trip and would not hesitate to stay here again!
