Vacation rentals with a kayak in Grand River

The pictures don’t do the view justice! The house has a great location on the lake with sandy beach access right off the back deck. The huge window in the living room has such a fantastic view. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The hosts were very friendly, helpful, and responsive. We would absolutely stay here again - especially in the warmer months!

I booked Robert's place as I was going to be going to the Ontario Vet College for cancer treatments for my dog. It was close to the college. My dog loved the large back yard and the front yard is a huge pond. It was frozen while we were there so she had a great time running over it. Inside had everything you could ask for. Like a home away from home. It was close to shopping areas. Unfortunately I did not have good news about my dog, Freyja, so we only stayed three days out of the eleven that I had booked. I'm hoping I can bring Freyja back for radiation treatments and I wouldn't think twice about booking this spot. Robert quickly answered any question I asked him. We met them while walking Freyja and his wife is very nice too.

Pictures don’t do it justice - the house and the location are incredible. Our group stayed in Hamilton for the exotic car tour, and we were fortunate that Ken’s property was available. It’s a lovely home with an incredible view.

Tham was an exceptional host to an exceptional mansion. The place is gorgeous, privately located right at the grand river, huge lot with so many seating areas that each has its own taste. The pool was super clean, kayaks & fishing equipment are nicely stored and ready to be used, life vests and a phenomenal gazebo right at the river bank. It was a great family gathering, Thanks Tham.

We had a great stay! Mike was extremely quick to respond and always friendly with clear instructions. A huge house in a quiet neighbourhood from a few minutes drive from stores. We will definitely contact Mike’s place the next time we are in town 😊

Nathanael’s place was great for our weekend needs. The description of the place was spot on and everything was clean. Very clear instructions were given and Nathanael was always very responsive to our questions. Would recommend his place to anyone visiting the area and is close to highway, and thus making it convenient to get around. Will for sure book again if we are ever in the area!

It was the perfect space for our holiday visit. Super quiet for a restful sleep and great light during the day. We didn't spend much time in the apartment, but we enjoyed the time we did.

Tasha was amazing and extremely responsive. Anytime there were any small issues she was on top of it right away. She always gave us suggestions to ensure that we were having a good time and using all the tools she had. The location did not disappoint. Absolutely stunning waterfront. I highly recommend this property as a great vacation spot. Another note Tasha had everything you could possibly need in the kitchen and on the property. Five stars!!

We stayed at this beautiful place over New Year’s Eve as a group of 12 people. This place is so spacious and at the same time cozy, every one of us enjoyed this place. The best thing was the views that it provides, as it shows all the nature’s beauty. Rooms are specious and lots of bathrooms,which makes this stay so comfortable for each one of us. Relaxing at night in the hot tub was a pleasant touch that this place provides. Tracey was very quick in responding when we had questions or concerns.Overall, it was a very nice stay and will definitely be back on summer season.

A great spot! location is amazing for our needs, its like a little piece of heaven just on the out side of the city. Morning walk with a coffee on the beach, evening reads on the deck looking at the city lights across the water. Kitchen is well equipped, Bathroom beautiful, View exquisite, You have a cute little villa on the beach, thank you for sharing with us.

The cottage was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The lake was beautiful and we spent hours floating around and swimming. The outdoor seating options were amazing for lounging and dining and just enjoying the lake view and the sunsets. Tabatha and Kris went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home and their communication was seamless! They were responsive and the information they sent was helpful and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. Thank you Tabatha and Kris for a lovely and relaxing break!!!

Had a great time at Rebecca's! Her property was as described, and had everything we needed. There was 6 if us in total and it felt spacious. The Lakeview and surroundings were perfect and felt peaceful. Rebecca was very responsive to my inquiries. I would definitely recommend this property and hope to return sometime

I visited Musselman lake over my birthday weekend. Parham and Ruslana were flexible with my check in time. They welcomed me like family from day 1. I arrived and was met with a warm cup of delicious tea and great conversation. We became like a little family. Cooking together eating together, taking walks together, sharing and really enjoying free flowing conversation. Coffee was waiting for me every morning The space is very quaint and lovely. Parham is consistently dedicated to making upgrades. The place is super clean and cozy On my birthday morning i woke up to coffee cake with a candle and a gift. Which was so thoughtful and kind. That evening they invited me to share dinner with them. I highly recommend staying at this space if you are in the area. The view and the wildlife visits were so breathtaking
