House vacation rentals in Grand Lake

Great place to enjoy Granby, Winter Park and Grand Lake! The place has adequate space for 10 people. Supplies were provided, internet was awesome, views were terrific and the price point excellent. I would stay here again if it’s available for our next vacation! Perhaps in the summer?

Great cozy stay. Good location and was even within walking distance to downtown area of Winter park. There is also a free bus that services winter park ski resort, downtown, and even other nearby towns. Bedrooms were spacious. The whole unit was very up-to-date. The kitchen had extra supplies like cooking oil, salt, pepper, etc. All that would have made it better would of been had they provided us with coffee. The furniture was comfortable and they even provided a couple games. Good stay, nice locations, fairly priced

Great hosts, very responsive. Previous guest had taken the keycard needed for the pool and clubhouse, but the host called the HOA immediately to make get a new one made for us and make sure we could still have access in the meantime. Once it was ready, the host hand delivered it to our front door and left it for us. They were proactive in checking in with us to make sure there was nothing else we needed and communicated well throughout our stay. Nice to have not only access to a washer dryer but also be supplied with laundry supplies in case we needed to do a load. Kitchen was complete with all we needed to cook. Clubhouse has all supplies needed to participate in any activities (ex: floaties and toys for the pool, racquets and balls for tennis/pickleball/racketball, basketballs, etc). Would recommend and stay again!

This was the perfect place for our winter ski trip! The house is perfectly situated right next to the kicking horse lift making it is easy to truly ski in and ski out. It is clear the hosts put a lot of work into making this house comfortable and well stocked. There were so many thoughtful details throughout the home- games for the kids, coffee pods ready to go, soap and shampoo/conditioner available in all the showers, etc. The home is cozy and comfortable and our family loved it!

We loved spending time at this place. We gave it 5 stars through and through. The location was everything we wanted. Derek & Brittany had left us some great recommendations of what to do, which were helpful. They’re great hosts. The house is clean and fully stocked. The sunrise view from the patio was amazing.

Kristen’s place was fabulous. We felt right at home. The condo was well appointed, probably one of the better places we have stayed in the mountains. It was also super close to the bus stop making getting to the base at Winter Park super easy. Will definitely look to stay there again.

Reed’s place was perfect for our family’s ski vacation. His place is even better than the pictures! Beautiful views, peaceful setting and an easy drive to Winter Park. Very comfortable beds and two living room areas, which was great and gave the kids their own place for hanging out. Well equipped kitchen, everything we needed for meal prep. Would love to visit again, highly recommend!

Linda's house was amazing! It was in a great location and had plenty of space for our group. The kitchen was well stocked and the couches and beds were very comfortable!

Great cabin, and great location! The cabin itself was very clean and pleasant to spend time in. Great home base for accessing Grand Lake and the surrounding area. Only 5 minutes from downtown Grand Lake. Just as good was Pamela's hosting. She reached out to me a week ahead of time with clear instructions about how to get to the cabin, check in/check out procedures, etc. She responded immediately (more than once) with answers to my questions. Then, a couple days later, she reached out to me again to give me a heads up about fire bans and gave me a link to the Grand County site for more information. I was impressed and appreciative of her proactive, courteous messages. Great stay. Highly recommend!

Michael's home in Frazer was a perfect getaway for my extended family. The home was exactly as described on AIRBNB website. The kitchen was fully stocked with lots of spices plus several brands of coffee. There were also some condiments in the refrigerator. Michael was a fantastic host! He always responded quickly to any of my comments and questions. I would most definitely stay in Michael's home again on future visits to Colorado.

Great location. Near grocery store and 5 minute drive to Granby Ranch. Home is very clean and linens smell so clean & fresh. Comfy beds. Very easy check in and nice hosts.

This property is on a quiet and secluded street, maybe 1/2-mile from US 40 just on the West side of Tabernash. If there's snow on the ground, be careful as the roads can be slick. The driveway is just steep enough to where you're going to want 4WD or AWD. The house is massive with ample space. The kitchen is large and well-stocked. Don't be concerned with the distance to Winter Park or Granny as it's a super fast drive. Besides, it's nice to be away from busy areas and decompress.

Disclaimer: This host offers a 20% discount on your next stay if you give a 5-star review. That being said, I would not give a 5-star review if I didn't think it was deserving. The great: The price point for this large Airbnb was excellent. We have a large group of about 16 people who like to do trips up to the mountains twice a year, and as that group has grown over the years it is increasingly difficult to find an Airbnb that will fit everyone, especially with enough rooms for each couple. Everyone had their own room with extra rooms to spare on this trip. The kitchen was large and clean and there was plenty of table space for people to eat at, inside and on the patio. Plenty of couch and hangout space. Patio was large with nice views. The bad: Showers are odd, with some valves only working a certain way and 1 not seeming to work. Only one of the hot tubs functioned, and it was the small one. Quiet hours beginning at 8 pm - wasn't an issue for us but could be for rowdier groups.

Love love loved the location! The covered entry built anticipation as we approached. We entered into a beautiful space overlooking a sunken livingroom and a ginormous kitchen! The view out the windows is breathtaking! We set off exploring the various room - all comfortable and spacious. There is plenty of room for a very large family - or even two very large families! And a few of their friends! We intentionally left behind a small mp3 player - enjoy! It was about the only thing we could think of that was missing. (Except maybe a taxiderm squirrel.)

Absolutely flawless place!! Literally made this ski trip the best one yet!! Highly recommend to anyone who wants to come to winter park, short walk to the lifts, 10 min drive tops to all the downtown restaurants and night life!! 10/10 will definitely book with these guys again in the future

Beautiful home! Perfect for our family which included 3 couples and a teenager. The owners were very responsive to questions before our arrival and also proactive in communicating a few things that came up on their end. The accommodations were just as represented in the listing. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay!

Wow wow wow. What a great find. Beautifully appointed and furnished. Very spacious. In pristine condition. Super close to Granby Ranch and Winter Park ski fields. Wendy’s place was absolutely perfect! The home was very clean and a perfect place for our group of friends for the weekend. Super close to winter park for skiing, but far enough removed that it was peaceful and serene. Would definitely recommend this spot!

The accommodations were exactly as described & pictured. Steve was easy to get a hold of as well as very friendly. We felt very at home. The yard & doggy door were great for our dog & the area was quiet & peaceful. We had 6 adults & came for a combined work/family trip. There was plenty of room to spread out & have alone time while also being together in the same space. The deck was amazing & relaxing to sit outside & enjoy the surroundings. Beautiful and comfortable space; stocked with all you need. Enjoyed the surroundings, the hot tub, the decor, and especially the record player. Host was very responsive to all our questions. Highly recommend.

This house offers peace and quiet, while being centrally located for the activities the area has. This would make an awesome Basecamp for a family on vacation. The hot tub was perfect on cold nights, the kitchen is stocked for cooking, and there’s plenty of room for everyone to stretch out. Kaylee is super helpful and I enjoyed her restaurant recommendations. If you’re staying in the area don’t miss out!
