Vacation rentals with a patio in Granby

This location is perfect for nature lovers, surrounded by abundant wildlife including foxes and deer which added a magical touch to my stay. The home itself felt incredibly warm and inviting, making it a great choice for my first Airbnb experience. Thomas, the host, was incredibly helpful and made sure I felt comfortable, especially when I was a bit confused about some things upon arrival. The bathroom was impeccably clean, and I was pleasantly surprised by the cute little extras provided, like a coloring book & cozy blankets. These thoughtful touches made the stay even more enjoyable and memorable. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a peaceful and cozy retreat in nature.

Perfect location! Walkable access to Winter Park Resort Base Village. Low-cost ski rental on site. John was very communicative and gave precise instructions. Best experience I’ve had on AirBnB and in Winter Park!

Everything was perfect! Exceptionally clean and functional. It was the perfect location for my trip to Winter Park. Vehicle parking was steps away which made it easy to load and unload.

WE had an awesome trip in the Winter Park Village Resort area and our accommodations at David's condo were excellent! We loved the area and had access to many activities near by! David made it easy for us upon arrival with good communication and we would stay again in the future if we decide to visit the Winter Park / Frazer area again!

Our stay was absolutely perfect! We were in town to ride bikes at trestle bike park and the area was fantastic! Everything was so close. Zero issues getting in, the place was as welcoming as it could get and the cherry on top was they had restaurant recommendations laid out for us. Would definitely stay here again because of how accessible everything was. 30/10 would recommend!

We spent a wonderful 5 days enjoying our holiday week at this great mountain home. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes, pots and pans, appliances, etc that we needed to have the kind of warm family holiday week wanted. The bedrooms, decor, living/family room areas , and outdoor spaces were nothing short of perfect.

This place was perfect for a larger group. There are 3 separate bedrooms and a common area with a bed in it. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a large living room with cozy fireplace. We had 7 people, but 8 would have been just as comfortable. Beyond that there would be folks on an air mattress or couch. Peaceful neighborhood. Host was very responsive. Would stay again!

Fantastic stay for our family of 11. Paul was a great communicator, house was clean and well stocked. Location was beautiful right on the ski slope. We’ve already talked about staying again next Thanksgiving.

Denise's home is beautiful and far exceeded our expectations for a weekend getaway. The property is well equipped with everything you might need, and the furnishings are both comfortable and beautifully designed. I would absolutely stay here again.

Our family had an amazing stay and hope we will be able to return in the near future. One of the best rentals we've stayed at with very responsive owners. You notice they are very attentive and care about this beautiful place. It was a great home away from home.

The Casita was unique and peaceful. Well appointed with everything we needed. Beds were huge and comfy. We enjoyed the outdoor seating and saw evidence of some deer activity but never saw them. So close to Winter Park and RMNP. We definitely visited Fraser at the perfect time to see the Aspens changing and see the elk rut in the park. I would stay here again and again!

We had a fantastic time at Aaron’s Barnwood Beauty. The home was easy to find, easy to check-in and as stunning as all of the photos. I would even argue that it was even more impressive in-person. We celebrated the holiday there with family and our kids made memories to last a lifetime..The only piece of feedback we had was there were a couple of small spots missed by the cleaning crew between guests, but when I mentioned this to Aaron, we had an immediate response and support. We had a wonderful time staying here. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Beautiful little condo, perfect for seeing the Winter Park area. The pool and gym facilities were great to have and we enjoyed our stay. Amy was helpful with navigating WiFi connection issues and we appreciated her communication.

Lovely, central location in Grand Lakes. Quick easy drive to local trails and Rocky Mountain National Park. Super clean and beautifully decorated with pretty much anything you need in the kitchen! Faucet in bathroom is on backwards so just beware when showering of the temp 😆.

This place was such a perfect little getaway with the loft to the full kitchen and the 4 jacuzzis to choose from, it was an absolute steal and will 100% be coming back. Natalie was also so communicative and able to accommodate an early check in :)

Considering what we'd pay to stay overnight at a typical hotel room, this was a steal. The condo was very clean, uncluttered, equipped with a smart TV and cable, plenty of games, a king-size bed, & a nice balcony with space for 3-4 people. The pull-out sofa was clutch, which saved us bringing our air mattress for our son. We're already discussing coming back during ski season. Early check-in was very gracious and appreciated after the drive up!

Beautifully upgraded condo, perfect for me and my two kids. Clean, cozy, comfortable accommodations and perfect launching pad to Granby Ranch to ski! Gracious host, flexible, communicative, and property is well maintained. Would stay again.
