Cozy place in a great location. Just down the road from the shuttle stop and the rec center. Hiking/mtbing trail access practically out the front door! Easy walking distance to the store, shops and restaurants.

Perfect location! Walkable access to Winter Park Resort Base Village. Low-cost ski rental on site. John was very communicative and gave precise instructions. Best experience I’ve had on AirBnB and in Winter Park!

Very quiet neighborhood, easy access to the main drag and Winter park. There is a bus line option and a hike/bike trail that’s runs to Winter Park town also. The space itself is very comfortable, great linens! Everything you need - Mark was very communicative - my stay was very enjoyable!

This place is the nicest place we've stayed, both in the Zephyr and in WP. It's proximity to skiing, clean and modern look and the responsiveness of the host came to make our experience perfect. We had a few questions on checking in that were answered promptly and the host checked in with us afterwards, and before we checkout making that whole process seamless. In addition to that we were able to check-in early and checkout late which helped with our stay immensely. We are former Airbnb hosts and know what it takes from a host and had a great renting experience with Devon. You can't go wrong with this gem.

It was as described, cozy. Close to the grocery and restaurants. It was a great little place to stay and certainly would recommend to others.

Our stay was great! Lots of room and the hot tub/pool was much needed after the beautiful, long hikes we went on. Would recommend staying near Granby/West side of RMNP because there were so many great hikes that were not crowded. Would stay again!

Angela’s place is in ‘The Summit’. The building is old, the hallways are dirty as they are open to the air but… don’t let that deter you. Angela’s place itself is pristine once stepping inside her front door. Her place is also the best stocked AirBNB that we have stayed in. Angela undersells this. A welcome bottle of wine, plenty of coffee, a spice rack in her full kitchen that completes with a chef’s kitchen, storage containers, ziplocks, condiments in the refrigerator… We can’t describe it all. She has thought of all the little extras… a beach bag, washroom amenities, extra blankets, great information binder & instructions. She is responsive & helpful with any issues. Enjoy your stay there! Highly recommended.

Gregory's place was wonderful! Newly redone, and everything you'd ever need in the kitchen! His place was very clean, nicely decorated, and easy to get to--it's on the main street, and easy to get to restaurants and other activities. I'd definitely stay there again and highly recommend!!

We absolutely loved the place! I had trouble figuring out the fireplace (user error!) pilot light but Matthew was Johnny-on-spot responsive. I had a few questions about the Roku but again, Matthew was right there with help. The place was awesome and I agree with “one of the most comfortable couches ever.” We did not get out much but that was the purpose of our visit: to relax. We would most definitely stay again. The host added some touches that I have not found in an AirBnB previously: makeup remover cloths. How clever to leave in makeup remover cloths in the vanity! Towels were soft and products sublime. The kitchen was super well appointed as well. Five stars! Loved staying here. We will be back!

This place was perfect for a stay at winter park. Walk right out the door and your steps away from the corridor run. It is pretty flat though.. so if you snowboard just be aware. But either way it’s a quick 8-10 min walk to the gondola. The pool and hot tub area were awesome too, nice spot to relax after a day on the slopes.

Heidi's condo was fantastic! We had one overnight stay and it was great. Located just feet away from the stage at the Rendezvous Event Center which is where we were going. Easy to find, easy self check in, etc. Great location with many shops and restaurants around. Clear instructions and very clean! There were no major issues and would definitely rent again if in the area.

We had a great girls ski trip, staying at Alene’s place. We enjoyed the hot tub and proximity to Winter Park shuttle as well as room to spread out. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed for meals.

My fiancé and I stayed here for a short ski trip. We absolutely loved the place! It was very quiet, and the views were beautiful. The private hot tub was relaxing and easy to use. James was very responsive and flexible during our stay. He even offered to let us stay longer if we could not make our flight due to a snow storm. We would definitely stay again!

We try to take a little vacay once a year without the kids to recharge and want to make things as easy as possible to maximize: that mental health break- Brittani’s apartment was the perfect choice. Beautiful space and such easy access to the mountain. Though the entire mountain wasn’t open when we came early season (Mary Jane was closed) and that meant we couldn’t get back without a short walk or shuttle back carrying skis - it wasn’t a big deal at all to us and it was a true ski out from the apartment to the mountain - which is something we truly value . Brittani gave us recommendations and she has such nice little treats like popcorn and trail mix that came in clutch when we arrived late the first day. We are so grateful for this trip and to Brittani.

Although there were a couple hiccups with check in, Julie was extremely helpful. The place was very clean with plenty of linen and towels, shampoo, etc. need to bring your own condiments, but that seems like how all Bnb’s are in that area. Super communication with the hosts

Loved this stay! True ski and and ski out which we loved or a 10 min walk up the little hill! We loved the garage for our rental car and minutes from the town where we had dinner every night. We would 100% stay here again!

This studio was perfect for my husband and I that wanted to enjoy a little weekend getaway up in the mountains. Perfect location to explore both winter park and Grandby. Comfortable & Clean. Jesse was very informative with great suggestions on things to do and places to eat. I found it to be really affordable and convenient, we were pleased and would recommend it to anyone.
