Family-friendly vacation rentals in Gran Pacifica Resort

A great stay, the people in charge super attentive and willing to help us in what we need. The house is beautiful! We hope to return.

My boyfriend and I had an amazing time, it was a true vacation. We were there during the “off season” which meant not a huge scene of party people, late nights, or busy restaurants but that’s also exactly what we wanted. The house is absolutely beautiful and we loved waking up to the ocean every morning. We cooked a lot at home and enjoyed every patio the house had to offer. Yerling was absolutely amazing and so helpful with our stay, he even helped us get out on the water and take a fishing trip. It would not have been the same without his help. Would come back. Thankyou so much for everything beach house of pochomil ❤️

Indeed a piece of heaven, very private, natural ocean pools stand out, the host is extremely welcoming, very cozzy place greay deal for a family trip!!! just get a pick up truck the ways is very difficult for a sedan car.

My husband, our friends and our kids stayed at Jared and Jenn's for 3 days. The property is amazing, with a path right from the back door to the beach and beautiful tide pools up and down the beach that are great for kids, it was much safer than other open ocean areas. It was very clean when we checked in, Fran is amazing and so kind. Emir was great and found fresh fish for us in the village each day. Wifi was good and air conditioners were well maintained and cold.You will need a high clearance vehicle like a truck or SUV to get back to the house, it's an undeveloped road but it wasn't any issue with our truck and it's only 1km. You walk from the house along the beach to the center of El Transito in about 30-40 minutes. After being in El Transito one night, I see why the road is like that, it keeps the beach where the house is super clean, quiet, and uncrowded. You can't hear the music from town, just waves and birds during the day. We'll be back, such a special spot!!

loved the place! it's small but it has everything you need. it has a rustic look but it has modern resources. The pool is big and great, the only thing is that if you're a swimmer be careful with the level change. also the floor is a bit rough. they do have dogs but just like any dog they're playful and need affection so please don't complain. overall I highly recommend this place. it's perfect to relax and get to know the place. the beach is awesome. Also, Karla is the nicest person in the world.

Beautiful serene stay at this beach house. John Paul was so responsive and helpful about ensuring a great stay. Felt relaxed and enjoyed the beach which is right out front of our room. Highly recommend this gem of a place!

We felt right at home! The house is beautiful and EXACTLY how it is listed and in the photographs, the location is very convenient, the privacy and community facilities are a great relief for those who do not like hotels, the home is comfortable and has everything you need for the stay, all the instructions provided were detailed and necessary for the stay, the guidebook was excellent for referrals and recommendations, the Host and Co-Host are very attentive, friendly and respond quite quickly, I would definitely stay again!
