Manfred was an exceptional host. Very proactive and communicative at all times. He explained everything very clearly.

Don Reynerio is a very friendly person, he was very attentive at all times, I recommend it to 100. The place is spectacular very private, which gives a lot of tranquility, a lot of trust.

This place was immaculate. Well kept, modern, private, upscale galore all around including the backyard. There is plenty of space inside and out. Unfortunately, my family and I did not get to enjoy too much of the outdoor considering, there was so much rain due to Hurricane Helene. However, the pool and grilling area would have been quite an enjoyment on any given afternoon! My family and I usually visit Nicaragua every other year. When I compare this house to a hotel such as the InterContinental or Hilton Princess. You get much more space and privacy for just a little bit more which is so worth it specially, if you have a group of 5 or 6!

I highly recommend this place, the house is very close from the entrance gate. hotel and beach is no more than 5 minutes in car and of course Lindsay and her husband were very kind and supportive with us. The house was very clean, AC just right in both rooms and had its own parking spot. Thank you Lindsay and Dereck!

Gabriela is very responsible, she always responds to messages immediately. The house is very nice and cozy. The only thing I would change is the consumption of light, I think that should be included in the price! Turtles are certainly a too special touch.

The place undoubtedly some beautiful cozy, had everything we needed to facilitate our stay, aside and it is worth emphasizing a lot of nature, tranquility around us🙏🏻. Absolutely gorgeous.

We enjoyed a few days away with family. The house is located close to the beach and amenities. The kitchen was well equipped and the pool lovely. A great space for family and friends to relax together.

My husband, our friends and our kids stayed at Jared and Jenn's for 3 days. The property is amazing, with a path right from the back door to the beach and beautiful tide pools up and down the beach that are great for kids, it was much safer than other open ocean areas. It was very clean when we checked in, Fran is amazing and so kind. Emir was great and found fresh fish for us in the village each day. Wifi was good and air conditioners were well maintained and cold.You will need a high clearance vehicle like a truck or SUV to get back to the house, it's an undeveloped road but it wasn't any issue with our truck and it's only 1km. You walk from the house along the beach to the center of El Transito in about 30-40 minutes. After being in El Transito one night, I see why the road is like that, it keeps the beach where the house is super clean, quiet, and uncrowded. You can't hear the music from town, just waves and birds during the day. We'll be back, such a special spot!!
