The apartment is in a great location, check in and check out were straightforward and simple. The apartment had everything we needed and when my mother in law asked if there was a wheeled shopping cart was available to borrow, one appeared within hours. The accommodations were lovely and peaceful. Thank you!

I spent a wonderful week at Patsy's beautiful property. The Northside neighborhood is lovely - comfortable and quiet, but just a five-minute walk to the University of California campus. Patsy was a dedicated communicator, always very helpful to me. I managed the full week with no car, but I did swallow my pride and take an occasional Uber home at the end of a long day. The property is on a steep hill, and my climbing legs are not what they used to be. (To be fair, I saw joggers tackling the hill virtually every morning, and I did get more and more comfortable with it as the week progressed. It certainly gave me a good workout!) Really nice stay at a very convenient yet peaceful place. Supermarkets are just one block away and the kitchen has pretty much everything one needs. Holly was also very responsive even for a longer stay. Highly recommended!

A really nice, cosy apartment, I really enjoyed my stay. Perfect for feeling at home. The location of the apartment is really convenient, as it is only a few minutes walk to Downtown Berkeley and several grocery stores. Whenever there was an issue or I had a question, Betty was very fast to reply and help, the communication was very good.
