I was totally flabbergasted by the amazing views, the superbly maintained and tasteful property and the general French Caribbean “vibe” We totally enjoyed our stay here and it was a pity we could not book it for longer. We will definitely try to get back as soon as we can!!

We had a great stay with the family at Villa Loéan. Breathtaking view of the Caribbean Sea, well located in a quiet residential area, pleasant exteriors, with garden, pool etc… Everything is there to spend a good time, we recommend it. Very friendly welcome from Nella and good contact with our host Laurent who gave us some addresses.

We spent 3 nights in the top of the villa. We also had access to the downstairs apartment, but we didn't have the use of it. Both parts are very large, comfortable and very well equipped. We loved the sea view from the living room and the terrace. Great bedding and ventilation. Leroux beach is a 7 minute walk. Very good contact and interaction with Gaëlle and Cédric. In short, a very nice stay.

Alain's availability is in addition to the many qualities of his property. We will keep a beautiful memory of this trip. Recommended without a second thought

Splendid stay in Bouillante with François. The pictures do not do justice to the house, which is even more beautiful in real life and in an absolutely enchanting setting. The sunsets are memorable every night. The pool is fantastic. Everything was clean and the house is extremely well equipped. François is a thoughtful host as we don't see much; he made sure we had enough to eat on our late arrival and is very responsive. Thank you for all the small touches! We recommend this place to stay unreservedly!

The house is really beautiful and very nicely decorated. It's even nicer than the pictures! Rooms are very comfortable and the terrace / pool area is just amazing! The climb to the house is a little rough, but it's 2 minutes from a road that makes getting around quite easy. The contact with the owner was very fluid, she even advised us a nanny so that we could have our children looked after half a day. We highly recommend it!

Absolutely beautiful and comfortable villa! Our group of 6 rented a car that made it easy to experience beaches, restaurants and excursions around the island. Orient Bay was our favorite where we rented beach chairs at beach clubs that Alex and Severine suggested. Highly recommend this peaceful and private villa!

Perfect! In my opinion, the main advantages of this accommodation are: a spacious space, multiple and varied amenities, a quiet neighborhood, a frontline home with a panoramic view of the coast. Accommodation ideally located to go both to the mainland and to the lowland. Thanks again for hosting us!

We had the most incredible time at Yannick’s villa. The location was beautiful, and the villa was so clean when we arrived. Yannick’s local recommendations were great, and we were able to buy fish from the local fisherman, and cook it on the outdoor grill. We only wish we could have stayed for longer. Thank you so much, and we would not hesitate to book another stay.

Nice welcome upon arrival. Very quiet and secure neighborhood. The place allowed us all our tours and activities within an hours drive. The accommodation: very clean with all the amenities and space for our group of 6 people. Proximity to grocery stores is a plus. Pool privacy. Flexibility when checking out The place fully met our expectations. Recommended

You're own completely private garden paradise. It has a large beautiful terrace with any kind of chair you could want to lounge and enjoy the sky, the breeze and view of Basse-terre, the village on Terre-de-haut, the water with all the boats. There is plenty to see. However, there are many steep stairs with no railing to get to the completely secluded setting. It's like the last part of a hike to the top of a hill, so be prepared to hike. The host found help to bring our luggage down the stairs on arrival and arranged to have our luggage transported by boat on our departure. I would recommend bringing luggage by boat. It's much more practical. It is a beautiful and very comfortable house. Comfortable beds, strong A/C in all of the bedrooms. Great, fast internet. Our U.S. Verizon phones worked on the terrace. Nice kitchen with everything needed to cook. Very nice quality pans. Private beach access below. We had a lovely and memorable time. Would return!

Erwan and Joëlle are lovely hosts and have great tips. The house is in the heart of nature quiet, very well furnished, good bedding. Close to amenities.... no complaints ah if! we should have stayed longer😉!

We had an absolutely fabulous 10 days stay! The house is beautiful and what to say about the view!! Julie received us with great attention, we felt right at home. The house is comfortable, fully equipped and well ventilated. The pool, although small, was perfect for the kids. Probably the best Airbnb we've had for life:)

Very nice accommodation with very neat decor. We had a lovely stay alternating visits and rest by the large private pool observing the many hummingbirds.

Charming Creole house, very well located (shops nearby, beach...) and quite suitable for groups because there are 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 shower rooms. We had a great time and enjoyed our evenings on the very pleasant poolside terrace. Vilna and Ludovic are very easily reachable and know how to make themselves available and responsive to sort out small details (techniques in particular!). I recommend without hesitating! Anne-Marie

We had a lovely stay at the house. We were three couples and two toddlers and everything went very well. Very welcoming, we recommend for a stay in Guadeloupe near Basse Terre. We would recommend it in a second.

We had a great time as a Family at Villa Lio again. Indeed this is the second time we have rented this Villa and it is always with as much pleasure as we were able to enjoy all the amenities that Lionel offers. The villa is located in a beautiful setting with mountain views, the pool is really nice and the villa is at the top, well appointed and clean. Thanks to Lionel for his responsiveness and kindness!

Beautiful 12-day stay in Pascal's Villa Rose. The Villa is located at the beginning of a residential area (closer to the main road than the sea), but close to the grocery store and restaurants. Pascal is a very friendly host who ensured that our stay was pleasant (THANK YOU). Plessis-Nogent is an interesting area to explore Basse-Terre, its beautiful beaches (and seabed) as well as its pretty mountain trails. We recommend this Villa. Only small unpleasant point, the dogs in the neighborhood (and especially opposite) who bark after all the passersby ...
