Very clean, well kept and functional accommodation. The three bedrooms are large and all equipped with a bathroom with toilet for two of them. A little extra for the desk and trunk in one of the bedrooms if you need to work. We had a pleasant stay in Villa Sinoé and enjoyed the splendid view from the terrace. The house is fully equipped which makes the stay much easier. Thanks to Michel for his welcome and his small welcome basket for the first breakfast and ti punch. Michel is very available and very nice while being discreet. If you have any questions, they will be answered quickly. We also appreciated the flexibility offered on departure, which allowed us to leave the house a little later compared to our return flight.

Stunning villa with beautiful garden, beautiful terrace and pool. We had a great time. David and Sandra hosted us very well. The villa is very well located, there are many interesting activities nearby, including the Cousteau reserve.

Great stay in a quiet villa surrounded by a beautiful, very well maintained garden. Possibility to park at least 6 vehicles. Access from the waterfront takes only 2 minutes by car. The house has all the essentials for an ideal stay (equipped kitchen, BBQ, fan, pool, and no water outage). The view from this villa is amazing and the sunsets every night in the sea in front of the house are breathtaking. We'd love to go back to this great place. (Note a few very good restaurants nearby (local, gastro or pizza oganik), accessible in less than 5 minutes by car.

We had a great stay with the family at Villa Loéan. Breathtaking view of the Caribbean Sea, well located in a quiet residential area, pleasant exteriors, with garden, pool etc… Everything is there to spend a good time, we recommend it. Very friendly welcome from Nella and good contact with our host Laurent who gave us some addresses.

Jerome's house is exactly as he describes it. Even though we were only a family of 3, we found the house perfect. It was in an area with a great view (important to us). Having the AC in the bedrooms was perfect. Jerome kept in contact with us, ensuring that everything was perfect for our stay. Definitely recommend his house for anyone.

We were lucky enough to stay at this villa with friends during our stay in Guadeloupe. At 10 people, the villa was quite spacious enough for us to be comfortable. The photos exactly matched the place, I would even say they can't do justice to the view offered by this villa. The location is very good, not too far from the markets, beach easily accessible, with cars it is possible to walk anywhere on the island. The host was available all week and welcomed us as friends by recommending several restaurants and activities. Thanks Lawrence for the memories of a life! Next time!

Beautiful villa totally true to the listing photos. The ocean view is breathtaking. It was a perfect stay. As well as being friendly, Pierre-Alain was very available and responsive and all without being intrusive. Thank you to him for making our stay so enjoyable. Accustomed to trips to Guadeloupe, I'll be back!

We loved our stay in Trois Rivéres, Base Terre. The house is nicely designed with a modernist feel, spacious and comfortable, with two floors. We had the most stunning panoramic ocean view with cool breezes. Possibly, one of the best views we have had in all our stays in different places. The environment around the house was clean, green and quiet. The island of Basse Terre is wild, rugged and verdant. Roger was super helpful, warm and attentive. We really appreciated him as our host. We had a flat tire out on the freeway, and he came to our rescue as soon as possible. I recommend staying here as the best place on the island with Roger as your host. You, however, need a car to go in and out of the house and, generally, to get around in Guadeloupe. It would be best if you also were a competent driver as you will confront hilly roads, sharp curves and other fast drivers on the road.

Perfect! In my opinion, the main advantages of this accommodation are: a spacious space, multiple and varied amenities, a quiet neighborhood, a frontline home with a panoramic view of the coast. Accommodation ideally located to go both to the mainland and to the lowland. Thanks again for hosting us!

Is a group with two families and more kids than adults this house was an excellent choice - spacious, clean, chic, simply perfect. Not only was the house as much as it was advertised but also the general location proved to be easy and convenient to visit the island of Guadalupe in general, as well as upper-end restaurants with excellent choice of food.

You're own completely private garden paradise. It has a large beautiful terrace with any kind of chair you could want to lounge and enjoy the sky, the breeze and view of Basse-terre, the village on Terre-de-haut, the water with all the boats. There is plenty to see. However, there are many steep stairs with no railing to get to the completely secluded setting. It's like the last part of a hike to the top of a hill, so be prepared to hike. The host found help to bring our luggage down the stairs on arrival and arranged to have our luggage transported by boat on our departure. I would recommend bringing luggage by boat. It's much more practical. It is a beautiful and very comfortable house. Comfortable beds, strong A/C in all of the bedrooms. Great, fast internet. Our U.S. Verizon phones worked on the terrace. Nice kitchen with everything needed to cook. Very nice quality pans. Private beach access below. We had a lovely and memorable time. Would return!

We had an absolutely fabulous 10 days stay! The house is beautiful and what to say about the view!! Julie received us with great attention, we felt right at home. The house is comfortable, fully equipped and well ventilated. The pool, although small, was perfect for the kids. Probably the best Airbnb we've had for life:)

Charming Creole house, very well located (shops nearby, beach...) and quite suitable for groups because there are 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 shower rooms. We had a great time and enjoyed our evenings on the very pleasant poolside terrace. Vilna and Ludovic are very easily reachable and know how to make themselves available and responsive to sort out small details (techniques in particular!). I recommend without hesitating! Anne-Marie

We had a great time as a Family at Villa Lio again. Indeed this is the second time we have rented this Villa and it is always with as much pleasure as we were able to enjoy all the amenities that Lionel offers. Spacious and well-equipped house, everything is not new but there is what you need, it's like home. The large shaded terrace is very pleasant, there is even a small barbecue available. Pascal is responsive and has good advice, especially on the last day to avoid the blockages of sugar cane planters on the road to the airport. The cat that walks in the garden is very kind and affectionate, the kids loved it We named him Johnny because it's yellow, don't hesitate to give him croquettes from us:)

With a great view, this place is great for 4 people. Marc is very attentive and has no advice that is more relevant to each other.

The accommodation is pleasant and functional. A few small improvements would make it optimal but nothing serious! The views are breathtaking and you can't have too much of it! Ideally located, 6 min from a crossroads, pharmacy and bakery, and 15 min from Malendure beach. I highly recommend it!!
