Vacation rentals with a patio in Gourbeyre

Apartment ideally located in ste anne. Immediate proximity to the beach, shops and restaurants. Accommodation in very good condition and pleasant living spaces. 3rd bedroom with comfortable convertible sofa. Alone (everything) small downside: a little just in plates (6),... which makes it difficult to use the dishwasher except to make it work with each meal and not very full. Apart from this easy-correcting little detail, everything suited us. Carole is very responsive with cordial exchanges.

Sylvie and Serge are very friendly and available hosts. The listing is perfectly in line with the photos. Everything is very qualitative and the view is just amazing. A real treat, the jacuzzi in the evening in the middle of the lush garden. Absolute calm - total privacy. Excellent.

This place is really beautiful, clean, tastefully decorated, modern, ventilated, beautiful countryside views (high up). We were very satisfied with the accommodation. The photos are less beautiful than reality. We were amazed as soon as we checked in. great experience, to be repeated!!

Excellent stay at Marie Paule and Myriam. I was greeted by Myriam who was more than responsive since after a late request on Airbnb, I was able to get the accommodation 2 hours later and in addition I was greeted with a smile! The place is great, all comforts and close to everything. I highly recommend it!

One night stay but went very well! Very nice location to visit Les Saintes, the apartment is large and functional and Marie is super accommodating for luggage both upon arrival and departure.

Pleasant short stay at Agnès's. The accommodation matches what is advertised and Agnès is a very nice person. Special mention for the good fresh eggs coming directly from the chickens on the ground;)

A stay in Guadeloupe went very well. With the soft mango tree in the middle of the island, it's easier to schedule your days (45min/1 hour of everything). Shops nearby, Gaelle made herself very available for us. Very nice to receive fruits from your garden and as a bonus a little surprise at the end of your stay... I recommend it!!

Very well located cottage between Ste Rose and Deshaies. Close to shops and beaches. Lots to discover less than an hour's drive away. Sophie and Jean-Noël are very friendly, and are attentive to your peace. The pool is lovely when you get back from a walk and the kitchen on the terrace is great!

We had a great time with the family (2 adults and 1 child). The accommodation is peaceful, with an incredible view of the greenery. The private pool is very much appreciated. The listing has large spaces. We recommend eyes closed.

This is our third stay with Gaby and Julia, but the first time in this home. It is perfect for a stay for two people ( a large bedroom with a queen bed). The bathroom is spacious too, the kitchen is functional ( and if it lacks what, the host can usually troubleshoot). As usual, hosts are attentive and available. A pleasure to meet them again. Depending on the maturity of the coconut trees on the property, and therefore the presence of cocos, we are entitled to the tasting of fresh coconut water! In addition to the tiled and sheltered terrace, we have easy access to the large terrace which extends which allows you to be part of the time outside without any problem. And access to a faucet plugged into a filtered source means you're never bored in the event of a water outage. The place is very well located to access in 10 minutes by car to several different beaches ( Grande Anse, La Perle, etc.). really recommend the host and the location.

Ideal apartment when you want to visit both parts of the island. The practicality of its location is also all the small shops, restaurants and pharmacy that can be reached on foot. Very responsive hosts always source proposals when water outages arrive. A pleasure 🐠☀️🦞🦋

The stay was perfect ! I booked two nights with Kinsley for my parents. On the first evening, there were problems with the water in the neighborhood, but he couldn't do anything. He was immediately reachable and helped wherever he could . No matter what it was about, Kinsley offered help to my parents even when it came to a rental car! Perfect host ! 👍🏼 My parents loved him :-) They have never had such a nice and helpful landlord. I would recommend a stay at Kinsley's place to anyone !! Thanks for the experience 🙂

We had a great 2 night stay at Audrey and Dominique's place. The view of Les Saintes is great from the terrace, at any hour. Spacious, functional and very well-equipped accommodation. Good tips for visiting during our exchanges. Sloped accommodation, be mindful of the head, but nothing more. Careful decor and much-loved touches of attention. Great hospitality!

There is no better location in St Anne. Right on the beach and with parking, which is a great advantage there.
