Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Goulburn River

What an amazing place to stay - photos do not do it justice. We had everything we needed and more - stunning views, a clean property, comfy beds, large kitchen. I would be happy to stay here again!

Alexandra's place was the ideal base for our rowing regatta combined with family holiday. Really spacious, while comfortable and cosy living space. We had a great night's sleep in the comfy beds. It's an easy walk into town/to Rutherglen pool, and we enjoyed an evening walk around the Bortoli's with the wine Alexandra had provided us with. We enjoyed a great meal at the local (Victoria Hotel), and a great breakfast after buying some bacon at the IGA for the BBQ to go with the delicious Sour Dough and coffee at the house. Would definitively try and snap up this bargain accommodation again for the next Rutherglen regatta.

The location is fantastic , everything is in walking distance . The house is cosy and we really appreciated the late check out

Can’t fault Paul’s place. It was perfect for as a base for our daughter’s sporting competition. Spacious, clean and very homely with some lovely antique furniture and vintage decor. Centrally located with off street parking, we’d definitely stay again!!

Return customer - it’s the little things. The fresh paper towel, and embossed toilet paper are worth it! Thanks guys!

It was amazing to stay in Upper Lurg at Sue and Richard’s Property. It was the perfect place to relax and spend time with family. would definitely recommend and thank you Sue and Richard for such an amazing stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Lisa’s Airbnb. The place was incredibly clean and well-maintained, which made it feel so comfortable and welcoming. Kitchen had the basics of what we needed and even the utensils and pots and pans were clean as well. It was easy to find, with clear directions to check in. Lisa was very responsive and the location was good with it not being too far from town. I would recommend this spot for anyone looking for a hassle-free and pleasant stay! Best part, we had kangaroos visit each night and they were just chilling on the lawn. Felt like our own little kangaroo safari :)

Unit was private and secure. Exactly as described and pictured. Alieh is lovely and friendly. I would definitely recommend.

Poloma was a perfect place for a family holiday. Spacious with good sized bedrooms, kitchen and living areas. The unit was a bonus space. Peaceful surroundings and excellent views of the hills ….but only 10mins from Kilmore. Strong internet and effective air conditioning. Pool was good. Disappointing there was no recycling facility so we took ours away with us. Overall a comfortable and serviceable air bnb. Thank you Polen.

One of my favourite Airbnb Stays!!! The host and his family were SO kind, they supplied delicious farm fresh eggs with milk and bread too! Very pet friendly and hospitable to our pup with a fantastic safe fenced area. The bunk house is GORGEOUS, so sweet with a country vibe it was easy to relax and unwind. Heating and cooling was working great plus outdoor fire pit. The view of the bush with all the birds and wildlife right outside the window was the best part! I highly recommend booking the bunk house it was one of my favourite stays I’ve had, I’ll definitely be staying again soon!

Spacious family home with everything we needed for our weekend away. It was the perfect base for our visit to Mt Buffalo. Warm and cosy, with lots of games for the kids to play as well as a huge backyard so they could play outside too. We’d love to stay again. It was the first time we’d been to the Alpine region and it was so beautiful.

We had a wonderful stay at Stacey’s home. We booked a last minute break over summer mostly to enjoy the surrounds and to rest/ play by the pool with our 4 y/o. This home did not disappoint! The views over the valley are remarkable and the home is spacious and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Stacey is a very responsive host and graciously accommodated our requests for early check in. The local shops/restaurants are a short drive on the hill and the nearby Queens park and Badger Creek are great to visit with kids. We had a great time and would definitely return.

The house is amazing, quiet, relaxing and private. Just what we were looking for, and a beautiful section of produce was provided to us including bacon, eggs, juice, a fresh cob of bread and a beautiful walnut tart. The dogs were very friendly and our dog Douglas loved playing with them at every chance! We will absolutely be back x

An immaculate & lovely furnished unit on the top level of a quiet apartment complex. Location was great with cafes and pubs all within walking distance and the added bonus of a tram stop right outside. Kathryn was awesome making sure we had absolutely everything we needed. Would highly recommend.

Our stay was amazing . House was lovely and clean and great set up for a family gathering . The best part about the accommodation was the deck and pool area where we spent most of our time .

We had a lovely stay at Alicia's. Her house is in a quiet street, although close to the town. There are public bus stops close by also. Alicia's listing & photos are as is. We enjoyed our meals out in restaurants, but the kitchen was well equipped. It was very close to the Athletics Track, Flora Hill which we attended the Victorian Country track & field Championships. Thank you Alicia 😊

We loved Susie's place. It was in quiet neighbourhood, closer to everything. Her place was spotless and had all amenities. Layout was well thought out and felt homely. Susie was a great host.Would definitely stay again!

One of our favourite places that we've stayed in through Airbnb. I'm sure I'm not the only one that hopes they've chosen a place well. In this case, expectations were well and truly exceeded. Absolutely pristine place, had everything we needed, didn't shortcut on the quality of the extra trims and decor and felt right at home from the moment we walked in. If my 17 year old son goes 'Wow!', I know I've chosen well. Would absolutely recommend and certainly return.

I only stayed for a night, but if I was coming back to Bendigo I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. This was the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed, the communication and friendliness before I checked in was very appreciated, and the place was even nicer than I had pictured. It’s a really well thought out space, with a bed I’d happily stay all day in.

Everything about Kristy’s place was as good if not better than we expected. From the moment that we made the reservation to the time that we checked out everything was wonderful!! The instructions for our late arrival were easy to follow and the cabin was neat, clean and exactly what we were hoping for after a long late night drive together there. I highly recommend staying at Kristy’s place and will definitely go back whenever we are driving through the area!!

Although the unit is compact, there was plenty of space and everything was easy to find and use. Paul was very helpful, and our dog loved all the space outdoors to run around in. The aircon was excellent and even though the temperature outside was extremely hot, inside was perfectly comfortable the whole stay.

After planning to camp during a heatwave nearby, we decided that it was unbearable as we had no shade and we have a dog who was showing signs of heat exhaustion. We made a last minute decision to pack up and try for an Airbnb. LUCKILY, Jen’s place was available and she came to our rescue. Within an hour we were packed up and at the property. Jen was responsive and helpful in providing local knowledge about a swimming spot near the river. Thank you Jen for saving our weekend!
