Vacation rentals with breakfast in Goulburn River

Andrew's place was fantastic and satisfied all of our needs. Is a great open plan living room / kitchen with plenty of space. We were having a working holiday and needed ample table space and powerpoints for computers. The dining table was huge and there was plenty of other space to setup. The couches and coffee table are on wheels making it super easy to adjust the room slightly. The house was super close to the shops but felt nice and private where it was. Highly recommend staying here. Will be back again soon!

If I had to use one word to describe our stay it would be generous: Thank you so much for allowing us to use your lovely house as our base: It's gorgeous, roomy and homely. It's also well placed for getting around Melbourne. Griselda is also the most generous and responsive of hosts with lots of supplies for us when we arrived that were most were most welcome. The house is also very generous with all the space and things that make it feel like home. The house is much bigger than it appears on the photographs and has lots of different living areas internally and externally. We couldn't have been happier during our time here. It really was a home away from home for the weeks we have stayed. Thanks again and lovely to have visited:-))

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely place! We traveled during the warmer days of summer, and the cooling system worked perfectly, keeping everyone, especially our baby, comfortable. Speaking of which, the hosts were incredibly thoughtful—they provided a portable cot, which made traveling with a baby so much easier. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and accommodating stay. We’d definitely return!

Shona was an amazing host, her space was beautifully decorated and I felt like I was home away from home. Will definitely keep in mind for next time.

Shaun's Home away from Home was lovely. Although we only stayed ine night, it was a cosy feeling the moment we entered. Extremely clean, tidy and fresh. A small space but set out to give a family of 4 enough space and very well equppied. Pretty little back patio area with seating, bbq and chimnea for colder months. Big oval/park across the road if you had children and a short walk to the river. Absolutely loved sitting on side verandah having my morning cup of tea, with the breeze. Thanks Shaun, we loved it!!

We had an incredible stay at Eric and Lyn's. They were incredible hosts and really went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. The cottage was spotless when we arrived and the provisions provided went well above and beyond what you would usually get. Look forward to staying again in the future.

Very clean well appointed home, we felt like we were at home. Helen was very responsive with any questions and also checked in with us over the weekend to ensure everything was going well. Would happily rebook if we are back in Echuca. Great house for a family weekend away.

Melinda was lovely host and we are always grateful for pet friendly accomodation. The place was the cleanest Airbnb that we have stayed in and its in a great location (within easy walking distance to cafes, shops, restaurants etc) - not to mention the interiors are decorated with a beautifully curated collection of mid century wares. We all enjoyed our stay.

One of the best places we have ever stayed.The drive to Mount Buller and Stirling,the hike to Craig's hut from the circuit road, everything was so accessible.The best of all was Geoff's hospitality.Thank You so much for personally welcoming us Geoff and for helping us getting around the area effortlessly.You really made us feel at home.Then comes the star gazing from the terrace which goes beyond description.Cant wait to come back again.

What a superb spot for those who love views and serenity! We only stayed the one night on the way through to visiting family for Christmas but made the most of it by bringing our own dinner supplies and really enjoyed watching the view. All of amenities are as described and there was plenty of options provided to keep you amused if you were here for a few days or more. We really appreciated the lovely bottle of local vino and chocolates left for us and felt right at home immediately. While we didn’t have time to do much but did stop at one of the local wineries on our date of departure and we’d love to come back and spend a few more days exploring sometime.

Kristy was extremely helpful, even suggested a restaurant for us. The apartment was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. It was an extremely hot day and when we arrived the aircon was turned on for us. Very happy and would definitely stay there again

Cathy’s place was lovely and had nice lovely view of the sunset but we missed the sunrise as we had a sleep in 😀 lovely rabbits running around at dusk too. Very cosy and peaceful location .

I really enjoyed my stay in Healesville! Craig was a great host, very responsive to messages and super friendly. Since the loft is towards the back of the property, there wasn't much road noise in the evening which was great. Everything was very clean and I felt very comfortable during my stay. This is the perfect accommodation for a solo traveller or couple, and I would happily stay here again the next time I visit Healesville!

Spacious private room with private bathroom in Pam and John's home, which they share with 3 beautiful Bernese Mountain Dogs. Pam and John are so lovely and welcoming. They shared recommendations on things to see and do in the area, as well as restaurants to try. Pam prepared a delicious breakfast and shared some home cooked treats with us. The farm stay is super dog-friendly and our dogs loved it. Pam and John's dogs Abbey, Geordie and Steffy are giant cuddle-bugs and were very relaxed around our dogs. We loved patting the donkeys and seeing the gorgeous cows. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Valerie’s bnb, what a charming house full of character and beautiful periodic features. And so very clean! Would definitely recommend. Valerie is a fantastic host, helpful, responsive and informative. The continental breakfast was an added bonus and went down well. Thank you Valerie, we hope to return someday.

Mortimer’s Lodge is stunning, by far one of the best places we have ever stayed in. The cottage is a wonderful mix of olde world charm and modern technology. It is filled with beautiful furniture, fascinating curios, and interesting history. The cottage is also fitted out with Google home - a real treat! The beds are lovely and comfy too. We spent four happy days in this cottage and did not want to leave. Highly recommend. Thanks Merv and Tracey.

Tarni and Clive are wonderful hosts. We had a very enjoyable stay at Islay House. We would highly recommend staying here. It is an easy commute up and down the V-line to the neighboring towns, there are many great restaurants and pubs, and Isla House is an easy stroll to the main street. The house is very comfortable and clean, and the fresh breads and pastries for breakfast were a special treat!

A rather odd issue at check in which Jan dealt with professionally, calmly and friendly, access to accommodation was excellent. Room itself, wonderful. Location peaceful and exactly as described. Only slight negative, could have fondest done PIR solar lights to access accommodation from driveway, it’s very dark and we did not know how to contact Jan once in sight. Our relative lived their stay. It was perfect.
