We had our bachelor party with 10 men in Zadar and it was fantastic! The rented house with pool, sauna and hot tub was just perfect for our group. There were also some attractions in the area that were good for excursions. Especially in the evening we loved the lively old town – great atmosphere and really good clubs. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend the house!

Beautiful home! There was plenty of space for the seven of us that were there. The pool and rooftop patio were amazing! The house has everything you need. It’s about a 15 minute drive to downtown Zadar and about a miles walks to restaurants in the local village. I would definitely recommend!

Dalibor's cottage is a great place. Very clan and spacious and perfectly equipped for a short - or longer - stay. We really liked the atmosphere and leisuring on the deck and in the jacuzzi after long hikes in the neighborhood. You are a few minutes away by car from 3 large supermarkets and any styles of restaurants. Perfect place for sending time in the Plitvice area (the entrance of the Park is 20 minutes away). We absolutely loved our stay! The house is beautiful and so well equipped, we loved the hot tub, sitting out on the terrace and playing darts. It’s really well located for Plitvice National Park also, the perfect place to return to after a day of hiking. Hosts were absolutely amazing, our flight was delayed and we didn’t arrive until midnight with 3 tired children and no grocery’s so it was such a relief to arrive to a delicious plate of sandwiches with juice, milk, fruit and tea and coffee provided for the morning.

Fantastic host. Very attentive, proactive with suggestions and knows what he is doing to ensure the guests have a wonderful stay! The city itself (where most of the tourists are) is 20minutes drive away. Bolt app made it easy to go and have some drinks and not too expensive (around 25 EUR but bolt do a 50% off discount for first ride, so my girlfriend and I did one trip each to save money) Dependent on how much you want to go out of the villa would depend if a car is necessary. a shop within 10min walking distance, others a bit further of a walk so again our car hire was useful here. Got us Pizza on the first night, suggested restaurants for other nights too.

Lovely, cozy place, with everything you could wish for. Amazing terrace with soothing views to the incredible back yard. Very close to everything. Outstanding host! Lydija welcomed us like an old friend! Incredible lady with two sweet dogs! Highly recommended. 10/10!! :)

Our stay at this house was fantastic! The house is wonderfully spacious, which made us feel relaxed right away. The house is in real life better than the pictures show! The location is absolutely 10/10, with everything we needed within easy reach. The short distance to The Garden was a real bonus for us, allowing us to easily enjoy the surroundings every day. A special thank you to the host for the lovely bottle of wine that was waiting for us upon arrival—such a warm welcome made our stay extra special. We had a great time and would love to come back again

The place was impeccable and we felt at home. We arrived with a 5 resident baby and a dog, our baby got a traveling crib from Nikicas ( which otherwise wasn't in the description, but they wanted to be kind to us). The place was well-connected with a nice view. Hosts are very kind and answered all our questions immediately in writing and verbally. There is a dog in the yard of the house who barks quite a bit if he sees strangers, but is absolutely well-behaved, friendly. When the dog was barking, the Nikicas tricked me right away, no matter if it was 8am or 11pm:)

Four of us (2 people/2 dogs) had a few nice days at Ivana's place. Everything was clean and we didn't lack anything. The hot tub was great and it was also a stone's throw to the sea in town. A few essentials to mention: there is no pool table as seen in the photos, but a foosball box (but is more for children/very easy), it was no problem for us. The streets are very narrow and not really accessible by bus, you should be able to drive!:) And it has free-roaming dogs there, which often made it very difficult for us to walk (large white dog 50 meters away). Unfortunately, there are renovation/construction work behind the house at the moment, noise-sensitive people couldn't find it that great. It was okay with us. Thank you for the stay, in fantastic weather and maybe we will come back sometime. :)

Very spacious house in a secluded area but quite convenient for exploring all the surroundings. Owners who live downstairs are friendly and very kind! Great stay!

We were enchanted by Dunja’s home on the waterfront. It was private, peaceful, surrounded by greenery and close to our daily outings. The house had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Loved the terraces and shore front seating areas. The water was lovely on sunny days. Dunja was there to greet us, show us around, provide advice on places to see, restaurants and history of the area. She is attentive, helpful, accessible and very well informed. We highly recommend her home and hope to visit again.

We stayed with a tour group of 8 people in the complex and had a very very nice stay there. We didn't miss anything. Overall very well maintained including outdoor area with pool. The location was also appealing, as we were able to reach everything important in minutes by car. However, here is the indication that a car is beneficial. Communication with the landlords also went smoothly. Conclusion: All in all very good!

Loved the apartment and view. Boris and Marino are lovely hosts. Would love to return, and definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Beautiful villa as described, amazing hosts…. We arrived tired and hungry on a Sunday and all shops were closed and within an hour Luka and his wife delivered a plate of fresh cooked pancakes for the kids and some sweet treats cooked by Luka’s Mother, above and beyond and saved the day! Everywhere spotlessly clean and well equipped. Can highly recommend!

A lovely cute little villa, spotlessly clean. There is a bakery around the corner and a lovely man selling his fruit and veg. Also a big supermarket 5 minutes walk away and a pharmacist. It’s also a twenty minute walk to the centre of Zadar. The only issue is that there is a house being built opposite and we were overlooked in the pool by builders and there machinery was quite noisy. Hopefully that should be finished for next season. The host was very friendly, as was her brother who met us on arrival and gave us lovely food and bread, and we were left milk, juice and water which was lovely.overall a lovely little place.

It was super nice. Everything was impeccable. Nearby, there is a freely accessible beach that can be easily reached on foot. There is also a restaurant which is also nearby, which is great. The accommodation itself is clean and everything is well prepared in the apartment. So there were actually no questions. Jagoda is very friendly and open. She keeps asking if everything is okay. That makes her a good hostess in my eyes. Definitely worth a recommendation.
