Our new apartment is located on the ground floor in the basement. It is fully equipped with 54 m². In the apartment there is a bedroom, bathroom, a nice dining room, living room with a pull-out sofa bed. The spacious terrace with lounge and seating area can also be used, including a large garden with climbing frame for the children. There are many attractions in our area, such as Legoland, Steiff Museum. The apartment is not suitable as a fitter's or worker's apartment.

The subway runs right in the front of the house, directly to the airport and the centra train station. Can't be more central. The heart of Stuttgart is 10 mm on foot and 5 mm by subway . The spacious Apartment overlooks a terrace with a direct view to the large Garden. I speak fluent English and French.

An unforgettable stay! Our stay was just amazing! Ingrid was an exceptional host – friendly, helpful and available at any time. Communication was smooth and we felt welcome from the start. The place itself was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. Everything was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with all the amenities you could want. The kitchen was fully equipped. This is one of the most sparkling-clean airbnbs I have ever stayed at! The kitchen was equipped with basic items, but had everything we needed to prepare and eat our meals. The fireplace was wonderful after lots of outdoor activities in the cold! My only concerns are that the master bedroom bed is extremely uncomfortable (my husband agrees) and makes a lot of noise every single time you move…and if you are staying in the master bedroom, you must walk through the second bedroom to get anywhere else in the unit. This was fine for us and our two young kids, but if you are traveling with another couple or teenagers who enjoy their privacy, this would be an inconvenience. Overall, this unit is spacious and centrally located to many fantastic sights! We used this unit as our base for visiting Schloss Lichtenstein, Schloss Sigmaringen, and Schloss Hohenzollern. For what we paid, I consider this unit an amazing value!

Christine and Otto were very sweet and we felt right at home. Christine met my daughter and I outside the apartment and showed us everything directly. She showed recommendations for the region and let us know that she should always be easily accessible. The apartment was well equipped from technology to cleaning items such as vacuum cleaners and washer-dryer - both very important if you arrive with a child;) The living room has magnificent morning light and I was looking forward to the morning coffee every day. The location was quite far away from our day trip destinations but this was rather our "difficulty"; there are also a lot of great opportunities right in the area. We still have many open wishes in the region and will definitely stay with Christine and Otta again to make the bucket list a little shorter (: I highly recommend this stay! -Paul family
