The "Hühnerhaus"

The hen house is located in the middle of the beautiful Permagarten, below a former monastery, on the Katzenhof in Bachhaupten. Gabi and Guido live their dream of independence here and want to expand the farm sustainably and suitable for grandchildren. For example, the walls and ceiling of the hen house were made from the over 200-year-old plank boards of the main house. The "gray water" is used in the garden and the "separating toilet" works without drinking water flushing. By public transport (VVS), the surrounding cities and the S-Bahn are easily accessible by bus. From the apartment to the bus stop it is only a 7 minute walk. By car to the S-Bahn station Böblingen/Goldberg, it is about 15 minutes. From there, Stuttgart, the MHP Arena, ... can be reached by S1 without changing trains.

In the middle of Stuttgart and yet in countryside

With this comfortable apartment , all the important points of interest are close by-making planning your stay very easy. The subway runs right in the front of the house, directly to the airport and the centra train station. Can't be more central. The heart of Stuttgart is 10 mm on foot and 5 mm by subway . The spacious Apartment overlooks a terrace with a direct view to the large Garden. I speak fluent English and French.

Everything is as described, spacious and well-kept accommodation, well arranged and with a nice kitchen. The village is comfortable enough to visit various places. Quiet and residential area easy to get to and with plenty of parking. Everything went very well. We did not meet Frank because there is self check-in, but he always responded immediately and promptly to all requests. Thank you very much!

Christine and Otto were very sweet and we felt right at home. Christine met my daughter and I outside the apartment and showed us everything directly. She showed recommendations for the region and let us know that she should always be easily accessible. The apartment was well equipped from technology to cleaning items such as vacuum cleaners and washer-dryer - both very important if you arrive with a child;) The living room has magnificent morning light and I was looking forward to the morning coffee every day. The location was quite far away from our day trip destinations but this was rather our "difficulty"; there are also a lot of great opportunities right in the area. We still have many open wishes in the region and will definitely stay with Christine and Otta again to make the bucket list a little shorter (: I highly recommend this stay! -Paul family

We had a fantastic stay at this huge house! The layout was great, and it was equipped with everything we needed. Especially the large couch and the huge TV made our movie evenings with my two work colleagues very cozy. Everything was clean, the hosts very friendly and check-in was easy. We will be happy to come back if we are in the area!

We had a fantastic weekend in the Zwetschge! The tiny house is incredibly cozy and an absolute feel-good place! The kitchen is perfectly furnished and we didn't miss anything. Everything is lovingly designed and very clean. Maria and Josef are very likeable hosts and took wonderful care of everything. Only small minus point: the street is a bit noisy at night - but with closed windows or earplugs, it's not a problem :) The area invites you to take great hikes - Lake Constance is only about 20 minutes away. An additional highlight: the great sauna in the garden after an extensive hike!
