This place worked great for our group of 12! We had plenty of room in the dining room to eat, and everyone had a place to sleep. It’s a beautiful old house with all the uniqueness of older buildings - our kids had fun opening doors and discovering new things. As the advisor of a group of kids, the creaking stairs made it easy to know when they were all waking up. I thought parking on Grand Avenue would be a nightmare but it was just fine. Crystal was amazing to work with and super cooperative - she was a dream to communicate with. I would recommend!

We had a great stay here while having some work on our own house done. All of us felt right at home! The house was clean, comfortable, and so conveniently located. Our family loved being close to several parks and bike trails, and the kids especially adored the bunk beds. Thanks for the home away from home David!

Apryl made this stay extremely easy and enjoyable! Anything that I needed was either already supplied or willingly gifted by Apryl! Even when we ran into some plumbing issues she was super helpful and efficient in making sure the place was good to go as soon as possible! I had my dog with me and numerous times she went out of her way to make sure he had treats and a cozy bed to sleep on while I was away at workouts. I would 10/10 recommend this place as it’s a quick trip to downtown Minneapolis and only a few blocks from the interstate! Apryl was a great host for many different reasons, and if I am ever back I will definitely be looking to stay again!

Was in town visiting family, just 2 of us. Perfectly located, close to the freeway, stores, groceries, restaurants, etc. Close to downtown St. Paul. Cute, older home. Actually had more room than I expected. Kitchen had everything we needed for the week. Was nice to have a back yard that was fenced in. Felt like a safe neighborhood. Very responsive host! Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home with lots of books, games, and art to enjoy. The yard & neighborhood was very dog-friendly with great shops & restaurants nearby. Great kitchen- well stocked and had all the appliances & serving wear you could need. My teen loved his own space in the “basement suite”. Off-street parking was nice & Kristi had great communication throughout. We were very happy with our stay.

We had a great stay at this house over the holidays in 2024. Argi made sure the house was shoveled and salt was brought over since there had been a snowstorm. Everything was as expected. There’s a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room on the main floor and two bedrooms, a bathroom and a laundry in the basement. House is very clean and orderly but it is an older home that has been updated over time. Kitchen was great for cooking meals- only issue was no dishwasher which I missed in the description. Not a big deal & they did provide soap and sponges. Great place to stay in a great neighborhood near amazing parks.
