what can I say!! open the door to be met by a lovely fresh clean smell and a well stocked and thoughtful hamper, fresh fruit bowl and loaf of bread on the table. Big tell in the lounge area. tv in other rooms, all with Internet. Fresh milk in the fridge. The host definitely has put a lot of thought in to this place. All the kitchen utensils you could shake a stick at. Rebecca was very responsive to a couple of questions I had which was great. all beds were extremely comfy. Best caravan we've stayed in by far. Can't wait to return.

Beautiful, clean flat with a stunning view. Smooth communication with the host, and easy check in. We would definitely recommend the flat and it’s great that dogs are allowed as well.

Such a great flat - really cozy, really comfy, quiet and brilliant location to explore beautiful Rye, with all its wonderful shops, pubs and restaurants and to visit the surrounding areas. Welcome basket (eggs, croissants, nibbles, milk, wine) much appreciated. Parking right outside. Really hope to come back!

We stayed here with our two young boys. We used both bedrooms and the sofa bed which was very comfortable. Very clean and modern apartment with lots of storage and easy access to supermarkets and the tube. Good food pubs and restaurants nearby. Lovely safe neighbourhood. Apartment can be a little noisy with traffic at nighttime (but of course no fault of the host), so would recommend some earplugs. Everything was great - would definitely stay again. I would only have one request which is please provide more than one tea towel! :)

Honestly one of the nicest caravan stays we have had Communication was amazing and clear Very clean Location was perfect with lake views was nice to come back to after a day in work Will definitely be back to enjoy a holiday there

Usually I love to stay in unique places but this place is one of the coolest things I’ve ever done . I couldn’t believe how perfect this place is and how relaxing can be . Another thing that I love at this cabin is how luxury it is inside and the fact that you have all the stuff that you need and even more . It was very special to stay at OOD house and for sure we’ll come again . Very friendly and nice host . Thank you ♥️

We had a wonderful two-night stay at James’s house. The location is absolutely perfect, right on the beach, making it a truly relaxing getaway. The house is well-equipped with everything you need, and the communication with the host was excellent. Everything was smooth and easy from start to finish. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay with my family! The caravan was super clean and felt just like home—so cozy and comfortable. The beds were incredibly comfy, and we all felt relaxed and at ease. Julie was so easy to get in touch with. By the end of our stay, my kids even asked if we could sell our house and buy a caravan instead! 😅 It was truly a memorable experience, and we can’t wait to come back! Thank you.
