Family-friendly vacation rentals in Golden

we had an amazing stay here everything was just as described and pictured. our kids had a blast playing with the toys available in the basement. My husband got a chance to enjoy the jacuzzi. it was close to many local resteraunts as well as pretty much anything you might want to do. I think my husband wanted to buy the house instead of going back home😂 host was helpful and responsive we would definitely stay again

Smooth sailing at Anna and Mathew's. Very clean home, attractive amenities, and a strong west side location. All of us in the party agreed we would look forward to coming back.

We stayed for several days in Ryan's lovely home with our two children - we had plenty of room for our family of four! The kitchen/living area was spacious and perfect for cooking meals, and we loved spending time in the evenings with the view of the flat irons. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, and it was easy to get to grocery stores and trails. We loved the decor and lighting of the home, as well as the many plants and homemade wood pieces - everything made for a very welcoming and cozy vibe. We would love to stay again.

Absolutely loved it! Was everything we had hoped for and more. Extremely clean and well maintained. Hope to come back next year if not sooner.

Valeria was an engaged, responsive host. Her airBnB was clean and affordable, and was in a great location for skiing winter park. I recommend this to anyone skiing winter park!

This place was fantastic! The house was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. The purple line picked us up so close to the house that it made skiing a breeze. Would highly recommend this place and may be back in the future!

We absolutely loved staying here. The atmosphere of the cabin was exactly what we needed for a weekend get away. Extremely nice, responsive, and personable hosts. We couldnt stop raving about how wonderful and inviting the space was. We will be looking forward to staying here again in the future!

Absolutely magical stay—hands down the best Airbnb I’ve ever experienced. The home was peaceful, immaculate, and somehow even more breathtaking than the photos. Every detail was so thoughtful—from the clear labels to the incredibly thorough instructions. I felt like a Disney princess waking up to birdsong, the sound of the stream, and total serenity. The hot tub was spacious and dreamy under the stars. The host was responsive and kind, and I truly didn’t want to leave. Grateful I rented an AWD car— Colorado's mountain roads are quite an experience for a Texan gal & SO worth it to be away from civilization! If I could have moved in permanently, I would have. If you're reading this, just book it!

This house was a great place to stay in Denver; the neighborhood was quiet and close to parks, groceries and other places of interest. It was larger than we expected from the photos. We have family in Denver and were able to gather at the house for some meals and games. Darrow provided plenty of paper goods to start with and left notes with instructions for various amenities. I hope we can stay here again when our family gathers in the city.

My stays here have always been enjoyable, as the home is so clean and bright, and the hosts so welcoming. The location is nice and convenient, as shops and restaurants are nearby, and the freeway is relatively close. Dianne and John set out a few holiday decorations, so the apartment felt festive. My 24 night stay was wonderful, and I look forward to returning.

Great place in a good location. Quick Uber or scooter ride to downtown. Kat was very helpful and responsive. Very satisfied.

If you are looking for a great little mountain house close to ski resorts and walkable to restaurants this is a gem! Susan was easy to deal with and very accommodating to our group’s needs. She doesn’t live in Colorado so sometimes responses were not immediate but she did always get back to us and was very helpful. We came for a few days to have a quick spring break ski trip with our teens and this house checked all the boxes. Not fancy - but super comfortable. Looks like the photos and was easy to get to and get in. Adorable mid century vibe with an eclectic assortment of furnishings this is one we will tell our friends about & save to come back to!

Mario’s house was perfect for our group in town for the National Western Stock Show. Comfortably slept all of our group, close to the stock yard and tons of different eatery options in close proximity. We arrived early to get ahead of weather and Mario made it so we could check in a day early. Great spot, thank you Mario!

We loved our stay at Lynn’s home when we were in Boulder to visit our daughter, a CU student. The location is perfect, near trailheads and also close to downtown/Pearl Street. We loved being able to walk two blocks to Goat Trail which connects to gorgeous Mt. Sanitas trail. We also loved her beautiful home which was immaculate, comfortable, had a fully stocked kitchen, beautiful bathroom, and lovely outdoor spaces, both the back patio and front porch with seating and views of Boulder. The neighborhood is so friendly and the views of the Flatirons are spectacular. Although Lynn lives upstairs, the space is private. And we loved getting to know Lynn - she’s an amazing woman who is also a famous rock climber! Don’t hesitate to stay here - you will love it!

The home was cozy and in and quiet. Although it’s near a busy street you cant hear traffic at all. The location is perfect for exploring coffee shops and even the museum! The parking was easy as well !

We loved staying at Leila and Alex’s place. Is was spacious, well designed, and had everything we needed. We loved sitting on the deck in the evening and it was so great to be able to park in the garage. The location was super convenient. We would definitely stay there again!

The place was everything she said and more the only downside to staying here was i had to smell her delicious cooking and couldn't have any hahha, everything was labeled n in order very organized, clean, and noise wasn't an issue at all while staying there. I would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone coming to the Denver area.

We stayed 4 nights in this historic home in Louisville. It is charming and comfortable with lots of character. The location is fantastic… one street off of Main and easy walking distance to great restaurants and shops. Perfect location to experience both Denver and Boulder! The host really thought of everything, from an abundance of towels and blankets to spices for cooking! Clean, quiet, and welcoming! We would highly recommend it!

This is a very nice house. The kitchen was super-stocked with dishes, pans, etc. The house was nice--it has three temperature zones, probably for necessity, but this was convenient for us. We had Thanksgiving dinner with family and the kitchen/dining was very good. The area is "Boulder" so there are restaurants, bike trails, amenities. The hosts were communicative and the instructions for the house were clear. We would do this again.

Such a great and convenient location. Easy walk to Mines and Golden. The apartment is super cute and has everything you need. The walls are a little thin; you can hear walking and chairs moving in other units. But for the most part it’s not terribly loud. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Was a great spot for the weekend! Pretty close to a lot of great restaurant and bars. We really enjoyed our stay.

My husband and I spent two full weeks here, and we had a great time. I was even recovering from surgery during our stay, and the place was perfect to rest and recover. It was also close to the freeway and about 10-15 min away from popular spots in Denver and Golden. There was also a rail station nearby and we found it very easy to walk to (we used the rail to attend a hockey game). There were lots of local restaurants to try nearby, and it had easy access to a target and walmart as well. So overall, location was great. Beds were comfortable. Home was inviting. Would definitely stay here again!
