Malcomb and Brenda's place was great. There was plenty of room, everything was clean, and the kitchen and bathroom were both very well stocked. We'll plan to stay there again.

We stayed at Mara's while a family member was being evaluated at an area hospital. The location was just a short drive from the hospital and it was nice to have a comfortable place to stay in close proximity to the hospital. After the snow storm, Mara contacted me to let me know someone would be by to shovel the front steps and they were. Thank you!

We loved our stay at Colleen and Jeff’s place! The home is impeccably decorated with a very cozy & homey vibe. There were two office spaces that were perfect for work from home. The place was walkable to downtown Boulder and local hiking trails. We also were easily able to access the Boulder Creek running trail for mornings runs. Highly recommend for your Boulder stay!

The Golden Guest House is perfectly placed to explore all this quaint little mountain town has to fire. The space is fantastic for large families or groups of smaller families. Wonderful for kids

The Bailey Deck House was perfect for a secluded getaway. It was even better than what I was anticipating. I would definitely stay here again!

This is one of the BEST properties we have ever stayed at! From the amazing local welcome basket to the ridiculously easy check out process - this house was spectacular! We brought all of our friends up for a 50th birthday party and had the most amazing time. The house was FULL of games and fun things to do - we didn't stop playing the whole weekend! The house itself was so thoughtfully decorated and you could tell the owners had a lot of fun in creating a magical space. Thanks Phil and Paige for raising the bar on unforgettable vacations and helping us make some amazing memories!

Immaculate place to stay, definitely stay here for Westminster or less hectic access to Denver. This place was awesome.

We stayed for a week while visiting our son in Capitol Hill. The room was quiet and perfect for our needs. The queen bed is extremely comfortable (it felt like our mattress at home, and was definitely better than most other AirBnB beds). The kitchenette had a microwave, toaster oven, Keurig and fridge, so we were able to make breakfast and coffee every day. We did not need a full kitchen, so for us the studio type of room was perfect. The bathroom is large and everything was clean. Craig provided coffee, milk, yogurt, cereal and he was quickly responsive when we asked for refills. He thinks of everything. A couple days there were fresh muffins by the front door for us. We will definitely stay here again.

Our stay was wonderful! Chris was great at communicating and friendly. We’re so thankful for their accomodation for us last minutes. Will definitely book this again if we’re in the area in the future.

The place was exactly what I was looking for. You basically have your own spacious apartment. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in the conifer / pine area

Perfect! Beyond perfect! I loved staying here. Bed was super comfortable, living area was perfect. Bathroom was clean, so many thoughtful touches: plenty of pillows, the best sheets, soft bath robes, great seating area covered from elements yet taking in fresh air. I could walk to Starbucks and to the grocery store. I just loved it!

Great Host, the place was very spacious and cozy. The neighborhood was nice and quite. Very great place would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay! It was a cozy little home away from home for the week. Tea bar was much appreciated! The noise they warn about in their listing was barely noticable for us. Walking through the kitchen was not as intrusive as one might think, if we happened to run into Brian or Tarryn, they were always friendly, and inviting. Would recommend to a friend.

Diana’s place was perfect for my 2 night stay in Denver. Everything was exactly as depicted, and even cozier in person, very clean and stocked with lots of essentials and extras. Neighbourhood is nice and quiet while only about a 15 drive to downtown. Check-in/out instructions were clear. Would definitely stay again!

David was great! He gave us instructions on how to get to his place and was very flexible with our check-out. I highly recommend for anyone going to the Denver area!

I wont stay anywhere else in Denver when we visit. The owners are like going to see my favorite aunt and uncle. I absolutely adore them. Its clean and feels like home. The breakfast they make is always spot on. The bedding is THE BEST! I love love love the soft sheets and the light down comforter. The shower in the frint bedroom is to die for. Its like getting a message at the same time as getting clean. I cant say enough great things about staying here. Im going back, just so i can see them!

The sign "Enter as Strangers, Leave as Friends" hangs in so many Airbnb places that we have stayed at but here it is actually true! Suzy and Dave are so welcoming and make you feel like this is your home. They have thought of nearly every possible amenity (many bathroom supplies like shampoo, body wash, conditioner, face wipes, etc). They have coffee, hot chocolate, and other goodies. On top of that, you get phenomenal breakfasts made by Suzy (who was a chef for 20 years). She prepared mine gluten free (since I have an allergy) and they were amazing! On top of all of this, the stay is probably the best Airbnb we have ever stayed at. The peacefullness and amazing views are something most places cannot offer. The location is also wonderful (about equidistant from both Evergreen and Idaho Springs). If there is any hesitation on whether you want to book a stay here, just do it! You will not regret it.

Very quaint stay. The private hot tub was excellent, and the breakfast the following morning was healthy and delicious.

Beautiful, luxurious and unique home in a stunning location. It was a joy to sit outside on the veranda and watch the bluejays, squirrels, chipmunks and wild turkeys! Orvel Ray was wonderfully hospitable, we were made to feel very welcome and we gladly accepted his offer of a guided nature walk through the forest, which immersed us in the wild beauty and natural history of the area.

We were very comfortable at the house. The location was convenient to hiking and central to where we wanted to go. The views from the deck on the house are beautiful and we saw lots of wildlife there. We will definitely go back.

Excellent stay in Georgetown! The bed and breakfast is great on the inside with the antique feel in the common spaces, looks like an original mining town hotel, but meticulously maintained. Even with the old charm, we loved the modern renovated bathroom and the guest space as a whole. Perfect after a long day of skiing, and made it really easy to get back to Loveland for the next day. Very close to downtown Georgetown and great restaurants, would definitely be walkable in the summer. Breakfast was great, really nice to get quality, real food before a ski day. We’ll definitely be back!

Sometimes a listing ends up being great because of the home, sometimes it’s great because of the hosts, this is one of the special ones where you get both! Can’t say enough good things about it. The space is incredible, from the beautiful home and surroundings, to the little touches everywhere that make staying here super convenient. And that’s all before you get to the free breakfast meal that Suzanne offers, which really pushes this one over the top. To compare it to some “complimentary” offering would be such an understatement. Suzanne is a fabulous chef. It was very good. We look forward to another visit. Highly recommend this one.

Jim was very friendly showing us around the lodge and to our room. The place was nicer than I had pictured, everything was perfectly kept and the room was very well accommodated. Dinner was a little pricey but tasted incredible. My only issue was getting up the steep road on the way there. If you go during the winter make sure you have a 4 wheel drive car.
