Gemma’s home was beautiful and comfortable. The pictures and description are accurate. Gemma was proactive in her communication, and we had no issues. We also appreciated the local recommendations. It was a lovely stay, and I would recommend it to others as a base when exploring Margaret River.

The house was just beautiful. It’s literally next to the beach, and the coffee shops and shops are not even a 2 minute walk. Perfect for couples and families looking for somewhere to stay without anything to worry about. Chelsea was an awesome host and we will be adding the house to our regular stays.

Morning Jen . We have checked out , all used towels are in the bath and everything else is as should be . Thank you for the use of the apartment it had everything we needed and was very well presented, we would have no hesitation in recommending 121at Margs , it’s a lovely place and very reasonably priced too . We had a most wonderful time. While this is an extension of the original house, it felt really private and peaceful. Loved waking up to the animal sounds and sipping coffee while spotting the kangaroos across the fields. There are free roaming peacock and guinea fowls, and we got to visit the little animals in the farm too. Everything in the house is well marked with clear instructions, and kitchen is well stocked. Anyway if we need anything, Margaret River is only 10 min away by car. As the house is close to Caves Road, there will be occasional traffic noise. But it's really negligible. We stayed for 3 nights and it felt too short.

Fantastic spot for a weekend down in Margs, we parked the car and didn’t have to use it again until we left. Great apartment in a perfect location with everything we needed and spotlessly clean. Worth every cent, thank you Swell Stays, we had a great time and will definitely be coming back!

Lovely stay! Location was great for us - only a 5 min drive from Busselton and walking distance of coast. Kitchen was really well equipped and the living space was very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean. Would recommend and we would stay again!

we had a delightful stay at Anne's place. It was clean, cozy and spacious. The beach was a walking distance away and the city centre is a few minute's drive. Anne is always very responsive and helpful in her communication. Best place in Dunsborough!

The location was perfect! Couldn’t have asked for a better base to explore Margaret River. The house was cosy yet spacious. I would definitely recommend this place for families.

Perfect house for dogs as it has a very secure yard and luscious green lawn. My dog had the best time exploring the massive yard and playing on the lawn. Very close to beach and town. Has everything you need for a getaway. Would love to stay here again in winter so we can use the fireplace.

Well equiped lovely house and fabulous location. Good feature was bedrooms downstairs all pretty equal plus very comfy beds. Would highly recommend.

Melissa’s place was just fine for a couple of days with family. Located in Dunsborough Lakes, we found it easy to get around. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms and one split system in the living room. We were a bit short of toilet paper for 3 days with 5 people but otherwise it was well stocked with ill to play etc. Cleaning is fine but there’s a shower curtain / not the best bathrooms, but we were ok with this.

I loved staying here ! Very quiet and secluded with the most beautiful scenery. Was the perfect get away for christmas and close to activities down south. The home had everything you needed ! Beds were super comfy too ! Would definitely come back ! <3
