A very beautiful place, and we were very grateful for the extra accommodations made for our group. Loved the details left from the building’s history, while having a warm and modern feel.

Totally enjoyed our stay. Big appreciation to Denise’s passion. The place was lovely and sunny. Extremely clean and warm. A special thanks for an amazing bouquet of flowers. Felt very homely and didn’t want to leave. Will be back.

If you are the person who normally stays at the Four Seasons, don't come here. If you are open to an off grid experience with nearly as many amenities as your home along with unbeatable scenery and absolute quiet - not to mention a brilliant night sky free of light pollution, you need to add this stay to your itinerary. Joseph is an awesome host and covers all the bases to ensure a comfortable stay. We will definitely return.

Peaceful, beautiful location. The studio is luxurious and delightfully decorated, with everything we needed being available. Perfect base for a day trip to see the magnificent whales at Kaikoura. Rangiora is only a few minutes drive away. Hope to stay again one day!
