The place was exactly what we needed. Location was perfect to get to everything we needed and wanted to do. We were able to check in a little bit early, which was amazing and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

The location was amazing with the pool and the waterfront. The grandkids loved fishing and swimming. Couple observations: The lawn service came when we were there but only mowed the lawn and did not mow around the pool. No edging or weeding was done in the landscaping Pool service came when we were there and was great Garbage pick up came and pulled all the way down the driveway which was great Bathrooms could use some love. Oven could also use some love I would recommend taking bottle water and ice if you have a large group. We made a few runs to the General Store and Safeway. All in all we would give it 5 stars. Thanks so much.

It was enough for our team of 13 people and it was a home away from home. It was a clean, well organized, and maintained accommodation without any shortcomings. This is the place I'd like to stay again for a long time. We were able to enjoy and enjoy it more here, but it was winter and it was a shame that we stayed for a short period of time. This house was a in a great location in Fairfox with ease to restaurants and grocery stores for cooking in the well appointed kitchen. We were able to host 15 people for a Christmas gathering and the space the house afforded and community spots of the kitchen, living and dining room made this a great place to book.

Our group had a fantastic time at Will's place for a bachelor party weekend. The house was great, in a great location, and Will was super friendly, responsive, and helpful with great recommendations We definitely recommend Will's place, and will be back again if we're ever in the area!

What a wonderful view to take in and such a welcoming, warm home overall. It was a really delightful stay — such a cozy spot in the cold of winter, and a home we hope to return to in warmer weather!

The house is charming and beautiful. Its on a magnificent tree lined street. We found parking without any issues and didn't have to move it all weekend. We walked everywhere. Our hosts Maggie and Scott were fabluous and always available. Looking forward to our next visit to DC.

Our stay was comfortable, cozy, and quiet. Everything met our expectations, and the home made for a great holiday spot when we were visiting family nearby.

Stuart's place was lovely & well appointed. He was a good communicator. It was perfect for our visit to DC. The Bear Cafe next door had delicious food & interesting architecture. Our dogs even loved the space & enjoyed sitting in the fully fenced in yard watching all the passersbys & cafe goers. We hope to stay in Stuart's place again.

We stayed at Rob's place during the presidential Inauguration. There were two couples for an extended time. We found the place to be very convenient for all of our travels. Rob was a very attentive host. We had another snow and when we left that morning the porch was already cleaned off. Hats off to Rob!!

Having spent time at Airbnbs around the world, I must say, this is the BEST! From the decor, to the views, to the amenities, Evan’s place is perfect. I came here for a proposal/weekend getaway, and it added so much magic to an unforgettable moment, where we plan to return again and again to celebrate that milestone. I 100% recommend booking with Evan, the experience is definitely worthwhile.

Extremely convenient to the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club, where we were attending a wedding. Nicely updated kitchen and bathrooms. My family really appreciated the coffee and tea supplies left out by our host, as well as the variety of toiletries provided. We like our bedrooms very dark at night and in the early morning, so we thought all the bedrooms could benefit from light darkening shades and/or curtains, as the current blinds let more light into the bedrooms than we would have preferred, but we managed.

What a lovely stay. We are in the DMV area and it was a quick drive for us for a long family weekend with our dog. Place was homey, clean and just as described. It has pretty much everything you need for a weekend away. I even found an extra dog bowl because I forgot ours. Setting is beautiful and fishing pier and the water in front of the property is awesome. Water is really shallow even halfway out to the other side and there is a huge protected area were my 11yr was able to kayak and paddleboard my himself safely. We all spent most of our time out on the kayak, paddle boards, pier thanks to the warm weather. My dog just had the time of her life. I have never seen her so excited to run around and get on the paddle board, and swim. We will definitely be back!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Claudia’s house. It’s one of the best AirBnB’s in which we’ve stayed. Ever. And Claudia is attentive, kind, and ready to make the stay a good one. This is this top of our list anytime we need an AirBnB in Woodbridge.

We had a great stay at this clean, comfortable, convenient and cozy house. We were impressed by the attention to detail. Every time we needed something, it was there. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed to cook our Thanksgiving meal. We were close to Annapolis And had an easy drive to the museums of DC. We took several walks to the nearby beach, and enjoyed both sunrises and sunsets. We would definitely come back! Thank you, Peggy!

My children and I loved our stay!! It was very comfortable, clean, and had plenty of space. The host was very sweet and responsive, and it was nice to have our own little driveway and porch. We will definitely stay again!! Also, the location was great. Not too far from MANY shopping plazas and malls. Took my kids to the movies, Build a Bear, and bowling.... all in different locations, all less than a 25 miles (or way less) from this home!!

Amazing house in a beautiful neighborhood. Home is walking distance from several restaurants located in either direction. Easy ride with light traffic to the metro into DC and surrounding areas. We forgot something at the house and the owner jumped through hoops to get it back to us. Amazing host!

Loved it here. Great location, very relaxing.

Very clean, nicely sized 3 bedroom guest house. Very easy access to the interstate and DC. Close to restaurants and groceries, etc. The host is very responsive and accommodated our early check in, which was a huge help. My only small complaints which did not impact our stay but were a little disappointing - the furnishings overall are outdated and could use a refresh. There are also no TVs in any of the bedrooms. We would have appreciated a TV in the master bedroom to watch the news in the morning, etc. The 1 TV is on the first level of the 2 level home. We would stay with Maryann again, overall a great rental for what we needed!

Had a group of graduate students stay during the AGU conference. We didn't get taken advantage of like all of the hotels in the area where prices where 2-3 times higher than normal. Our host was very helpful in the days leading up to check in and reponsive while there. Highly recommend for those looking for a nice place when visiting DC.
