Charming Home, Firepit & Fenced Yard in Annapolis!

Tammy’s place was worth every penny! We felt right at home from the very start. Everything was very clean and the enclosed patio was an amazing space to watch the sunrise and relax with a glass of wine. It was great to bring our two dogs along and not worry about wandering off because the entire backyard was fenced in. We would definitely stay there again !

We stayed at this property for the Army/Navy lacrosse game. The place is as nice as the photos. It’s adorable! All of the little things you reach for are there - towels, hooks, spices and more. Beds are comfy - living areas are comfy. The location couldn’t be better for downtown convenience. Unloading our vehicle was not stressful since it’s on a quiet street with room to park and unload and then move easily to the parking garage. The property manager is top notch. He was perfectly responsive to an issue we encountered and made us feel valued as his renters. We will definitely rent this property again.

The house was beautiful, just as described. Robert was super friendly and very accommodating when we showed up earlier than expected. Walkable to many bars and restaurants. Just a block away two away from the Naval Academy. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

This home is worth it just for the beautiful views of the Chesapeake bay! It was a gorgeous space with plenty of seating for our family vacation. The master bedroom and bathroom were also a highlight for us. The large soaking tub fits two and the shower was amazing. It being winter we couldn’t make use of the kayaks but we loved the hot tub and there is a lovely park walking distance from the house. We drove into Annapolis and also spent a day in Baltimore as the house is in a great spot for driving to either. Can’t wait to check this place out in the summer!

Had a really great stay for three nights at this lovely home in Edgewater. The house sits on a corner lot with wonderful views of the bay. The neighborhood is safe and cozy. Lots of friendly people out walking and enjoying the surroundings. Felt right at home. The house was clean and very functional. Eddie was great to work with and I would recommend this to anyone wanting a home base for the Annapolis and surrounding areas.

This was a perfect stay from start to finish! Vicki quickly provided thoughtful answers to several questions I had before booking. Once we booked, she quickly followed up with details for our stay and abundant recommendations. Check-in was a breeze and the space was exactly as described. The space is inviting and comfortable, and my wife and I loved the abundant windows and well-appointed kitchen. We stayed during recent cold and snowy weather, and the space stayed cozy thanks to the gas fireplace, electric fireplace, and warm blankets throughout the space! We equally loved all the recommendations we tried and the local stops we made on our own. A sunset at the beach here must be seen to be believed!! We will be back!
