Lucy was great - always responsive and helpful/clear with instructions. The place itself was fantastic, I was there with my wife, brother and some friends over New Year, and we were very comfortable. We had our dogs as well, who loved the garden! (Though note that the garden is not fully enclosed). We had a wonderful time - thanks Lucy!

It’s a peaceful location and roomy enough for 5 people. Parking may be a bit hard to find but you can park in front of the garages on lowick gardens temporarily. The communication was good. I would recommend this place to others.

Lovely house, great location for our get together. Spacious house with lovely furnishings. Log burner a welcome option as the kitchen was a bit chilly even with heating on, but it was sub zero outside overnight! Huge garden and lovely to sit in the hot tub looking at the stars. Enjoyed our stay, and found Adam really helpful and very responsive

I can’t recommend this place enough! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that it was thoughtfully designed to provide the ultimate guest experience. The property was spotless, well-maintained, and even more beautiful than the photos. Every detail, from the comfortable furnishings to the well-stocked amenities, made our stay feel luxurious and stress-free. The location was absolutely perfect, peaceful and relaxing. Raffaele was incredibly responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a memorable stay. We had a lovely stay for NYE 2024. The village is peaceful, with a couple of pubs nearby. The Red Lion had great food. We also took a walk into Market Harborough and walked down the canal, which was very pleasant. Would return and explore further, and Amies place would suit our needs again. Microwave and crockery provided enough for a quick snack. Bed was comfy. TV provided, although might be worth bringing a Firestick to access the usual apps (Netflix etc.)

We booked this caravan for October half term with our two children (4 and 12 weeks). Ruth was very responsive with messages prior to our stay and was happy to answer our questions. We checked in early which was appreciated with a young baby. The place itself was perfect and the hot tub is a lovely feature. Our 4 year old watched a few of the dvds that were available and enjoyed the games that were in the drawer. He especially loved that the caravan had been decorated for Halloween and that there was chocolate in the fridge upon check in. The position of this caravan is perfect and very easy to find on check in and also in a really good location in terms of the site facilities. Our children loved the pool and indoor splash park. There is so much for children to do and we pre booked some of these activities and also enjoyed the evening entertainment and restaurants. Great find and would happily return!

Andrew was very responsive in the lead up to our stay and helpful with any questions we had, the place itself was amazing - the main room is incredible. Hot tub area is really lovely too. Only downside is that two of the beds are sofa beds in the main space and only 4 bedrooms. We were 12 people, but 3 of the bedrooms are big enough to fit an airbed / cot / toddler airbed though so you don’t have to use those if you don’t want to. Kitchen has lots of saucepans but no roasting dishes or baking trays so if you are planning a roast then add some foil ones to your shopping order also lacking forks we had to share 😂 but brilliant stay and would definitely recommend!

Staying at Sylvia's was extremely pleasant, very comfortable home from home. Staying at Sylvia's made a very stressful time so much easier. The landlord's of both the Nags Head and the Royal Oak were fantastic, great thai night food at the Royal Oak and were able to get fish and chips for 19 people and eat in the Nag's Head. The landlord of the Nag's head,gave us a free round of drinks,and we sampled his range of gin's too! Thankyou also to the people of Heckington for letting us,take over the pubs,very friendly people. We came to Heckington from Devon,Hampshire and Northampton. Regards Julie
