Dragan is a great host, he helped us with all kinds of things. The house was spotless. The only problem was that it was half an hour by bus to the center. If you have a car, it would be more enjoyable. Since we didn't rent a car, we had some difficulty.

Super peaceful place with an amazing view towards the city and the sunrise. The house is super well equipped and clean. Also, there were many little things provided that can make your stay even more comfortable. The host was easy to approach, kind and helpful. We had great time in the Sunrise house.

Everything went well, I recommend this place. Special thanks to the owner for the office chair and excellent internet, it was very comfortable for me to work 😅

Check-in by lockbox was easy and flexible by arrangement. A nice surprise was already on the kitchen table: a large box of chocolates and a hand-picked selection of tea and coffee capsules - thank you again, Aleksandar! The apartment was very clean and is of a high standard of construction: from the coffee maker to the washing machine with dryer function, everything you could want as a guest is available. The furnishings and inventory are not only convenient, but also carefully coordinated with each other, so you feel right at home. Outside there is a large communal parking space where there was always a free parking space available even for visitors! The area is quiet and the neighbors greet back kindly. I couldn't have felt more comfortable and will be happy to come back on occasion - thank you Aleksandar and co-host, for a wonderful stay!! Best regards, Philipp
