My family and I (including our german shepherd) had a great few nights here. The house is big and roomy and well appointed. Huge TV and kitchen and comfy beds. Outside, is a decking area with bbq and table leads to large mid level decking area for lounging and a low deck adjacent the pool for chilling by the water. The pool is not heated but is great on a hot day (and the pool isn't huge so don't expect to swim lengths but is good size for cooling off, family fun and games). The house is walking distance to Hepburn and the general store and a couple of shops/restaurants. A short drive to Daylesford. Really enjoyed it, thanks!

A nice place for a summer family getaway!

The house was perfect- we booked on a whim and the kids wanted a pool- which was absolutely beautiful and came with pool toys and a great recliner seat! Although not heated, we thoroughly enjoyed our time in and out of the home. Laundry with great facilities made it easy to dry off in our time between pool vs indoors. The side lawn with a cubby house, coupled with 2 outdoor lounge areas was a major plus. We each had to work a portion of our holiday so the great home office set-up was a huge plus point! Master ensuite was VERY luxurious. Great couch for the whole family to lounge on, with 3 TVs (1 with games!) to utilise meant kids didn't fight. The house is located in an Uber Eats delivery zone which made meal time super convenient. Linen& towels were v clean. Overall, we'd love to return and enjoy this beautiful home. Thank you for great, speedy communication, and for hosting such a lovely stay for us.

My partner and I had an absolutely incredible stay. The photos honeslty don't do it justice! Very neat and tidy, there was just so much the home had to offer it was lots of fun. The heated mineral pool and spa were the highlight and the very beautiful peaceful zen garden by the pool was great to sit in and drink cups of the provided tea(lots of options!) Thanks so much for having us Jennifer & David we can't wait to come back again!

The Mooring was a great base for our family’s summer holiday. The home was well appointed with excellent off street parking for multiple vehicles. It was very easy to self cater with everything we needed in the kitchen and the BBQ outside as well. We enjoyed lots of different walks from the Moorings into town, to the bay and to local parks and playgrounds.

We had a great stay at John's place, nice to have the chance to stay in a properly furnished place with quality furniture. Beds were super comfortable, showers great and sofa massive and comfortable. Any issues we had, John quickly responded and resolved. John was helpful in providing a rental reference, which helped us secure our long term rental no doubt. We would happily stay again if required.

We loved our stay at this home, the house was beautiful, cute, relaxing, and well-laid out. We would love to return with our kids to enjoy the big backyard and open plan area out the back. The home was exactly as described, very clean, had EVERYTHING you would need (some Airbnbs don't go this extra mile), and was perfect for a weekend get away.

Frankie and Gillian's place was exactly what we needed for our stay in Melbourne. The home is lovely and well-appointed for our family of four; plenty of provisions and children's things. The location was excellent, we could walk to public transport, restaurants and cafes and bike tracks were not far away. We had a comfortable stay.

Very happy with our stay here. Check-in was a breeze - it is with at Hotel but it's just next door so not inconvenient whatsoever. The place itself was very spacious. Bedrooms were comfortable with A/C available for 2 out of the 3. The downstairs living room area is a bit on the smaller side, but there's another one right upstairs with an even bigger TV and couch. We loved that they supplied milk, juice, cereal, bread, snacks, and butter/jam/vegemite to welcome us into the home. The in-unit laundry is also extremely helpful for those staying awhile in Melbourne. The location is pretty good. While West Melbourne is generally a little bit "out of the way" from CBD, you're only a 10 minute walk to the Queen Victoria station which gets you access to the free tram. Or, you're less than a 3 minute walk to the nearest station if you want to pay fare. The only thing we had issue with was the wifi not reaching the bedrooms. We were out most of the day anyway so it didn't impact us much.

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful terrace house - with its own pool! Marco was on hand to let us in and show us around the house. The interior design of the house and the gardens are beautiful while the kitchen has everything a chef could need! The house is within walking distance of the Acland St shops and only 300m from the nearest tram station. It was very comfortable accomodation for our family of four. Very highly recommended. Marco was a very generous host. We feel very lucky we were able to stay here!

Beautiful house, had all the amenities we needed. Close to the Showgrounds (we were visiting for equitana). Secure and safe. Very quiet street. Fantastic value for money. Had a small issue with the dishwasher on check in. It was replaced the next day! Very impressed with the host and the house. Thank you

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful holiday home! The moment we walked in, we felt like we were in a tranquil oasis. The house was immaculately clean, stylishly decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was perfect - and the private spa was amazing. The owners have thought of everything to make their guests feel at home, from the plush towels and comfy beds to the well-stocked kitchen and entertainment options. We even found a lovely welcome gift on arrival, which was a lovely touch. We can't wait to come back and stay here again! Highly recommend this holiday home to anyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway.

We had a great stay at Michael’s house. Was very clean, spacious and modern with lots of heating and cooling which was really good. Would definitely recommend staying here.
