Vacation rentals with breakfast in Gisborne

Andrew's place was fantastic and satisfied all of our needs. Is a great open plan living room / kitchen with plenty of space. We were having a working holiday and needed ample table space and powerpoints for computers. The dining table was huge and there was plenty of other space to setup. The couches and coffee table are on wheels making it super easy to adjust the room slightly. The house was super close to the shops but felt nice and private where it was. Highly recommend staying here. Will be back again soon!

Thanks for having us! after a hectic, cold weekend of Basketball Selena's house was warm and cosy to wind down. beds werensuper comfy, house was beautiful and we loved the addition of the cereal and coffee amenities. also the gas fire was amazing. everyone slept well and we just loved everything about your home. we will be back! thank you again. highly recommend!!

Amazing place to start, would very much recommend to anyone! The AirBnB is very reasonably sized and perfect for couples. It’s an amazing spot for stargazing and all amenities were provided and stocked The place was very clean and comfortable :)

Fabulous location. So many places within walking distance. The house was the perfect size for two people to live comfortably. Kitchen had absolutely everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. The only thing we thought could perhaps have been better was the sitting area.. we found the tv too small and the couch uncomfortable. Only a very minor thing but good to know if you’re planning on spending evenings in. We had no trouble parking, just make sure you let Kara know you have a car in advance. Kara was super easy to communicate with and check in and check out are simple. Overall a fabulous place to stay in South Melbourne

Gerry & Jenni's place is one of the nicest AirB&B homes I've ever stayed in. It is a beautiful period cottage with very tasteful furnishings and fittings, very well suited to the house, as well as a very pretty garden and outdoor area. They were also very thoughtful in providing many of the essentials (tea, coffee, milk, bread, etc.) that guests need when they first arrive at a property, and the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms also had everything we needed. I can't recommend this house strongly enough for anyone wanting a really comfortable stay in Ballarat.

Annick and JP made us feel very at home and welcomed. They were very accommodating to our individual needs & supportive of the fact i have a disability which required extra support. We needed long term housing & trying to find accommodation for that amount of time was extremely difficult and both Annick & JP came to our rescue & really saved us from being homeless whilst our house was being rebuilt. They were respectful of our privacy during our time there & made us feel like it was our home during our stay. The SPA is AMAAAAAAZING and worth coming to stay for it alone and my daughter and family also enjoyed the theatre room. We cant THANK BOTH ANNICK & JP for everything you have done for us.

Kerri has created a charming 'home away from home', the place is so beautifully appointed with period details and cozy touches. She thoughtfully prepared items for breakfast and ensured us a comfortable stay for our family. Thank you for a special & memorable stay !

Gorgeous old building with plenty of character in the perfect location for the international garden show! Karen’s studio has a great view of Carlton Gardens, is beautiful, restful with lovely breezes, and sooo many restaurants nearby (only a 5 minute stroll to Lygon street). A lovely cosy place to come home to. We had a wonderful visit, thank you!

This is the second time I’ve stayed at the piano factory and With no doubt Melinda and Steve insured the best hospitality and quick communication. Would recommend as it’s private and a great location with a short walk to local shops or public transport!

My friend and I loved Katri’s place. It was perfect for our needs with bus stop outside the door, restaurants literally next door & river walk across the road. Katri provided some basic supplies which were very appreciated & asked if we needed anything, knowing we didn’t have a car. Highly recommend Katri’s place. Just note it is off the main road so there is traffic noise at the busy times. At night it was very peaceful. Would definitely stay again. Thank you so much.

The apartment was extremely comfortable - beautifully furnished and very warm with plenty of heating. It’s a great location in a heritage historical site, thanks so much for hosting us! My daughter says it’s the best airbnb she’s ever visited!

Our second time staying at Anne and Rods and it was perfect for our girls getaway to Melbourne! Close to the station and so many thoughtful touches in the apartment including breakfast and snacks :)

Another lovely stay in this apartment. Wonderfully situated in bustling High St with super easy access to tram and a short walk to train it is easy to get around. Apartment has lots of lovely thoughtful touches and a very comfy sofa. The apartment block has a lovely roof top garden on the same level which is a great outdoor extension for afternoon sun and outdoor relaxation. Apartment has a nice small balcony with morning sun and a view over High St and beyond. Secure and welcoming. Also very handy to supermarket and lovely park just a short walk away. We will definitely be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Valerie’s bnb, what a charming house full of character and beautiful periodic features. And so very clean! Would definitely recommend. Valerie is a fantastic host, helpful, responsive and informative. The continental breakfast was an added bonus and went down well. Thank you Valerie, we hope to return someday.

Can’t say enough about Gillian and the Maples. The massive King bed was so comfortable and high quality linen made it feel luxurious. Loved the big bath overlooking nature and the heated floors in the bathroom made it just that little bit extra! I used the fireplace (with Gillian’s help) and that made my stay feel so cozy. The breakfast goodies and treats were beautiful and felt lovingly thought out! The maples is also nicely located, walkable to the main shops. Such a beautiful space, couldn’t fault it! And Gillian was an exceptional host, friendly, responsive, flexible and generous and went out of her way. I desperately needed a getaway weekend and this was perfection! Thanks Gillian for your beautiful space and incredible hospitality! 🤍

This peaceful home away from home was gorgeous with cosy warm decor of collectibles. Fiona was very quick with queries we had and we were pleased to have caught up with her. The location was great for us to spend time with our family and do surrounding trips. The bedding, bathroom supplies and breakfast were all of a high standard and there were many warm touches that made us very welcome. Stayed here for a wedding on the weekend. Chris and Wendy have such a well thought-out and quaint private stay. Everything was immaculately clean and smelt beautiful and fresh. Great spot to walk straight in to town as well.

We visited the area for a local open garden event and the Stoneleigh Miners Cottage was the perfect weekend accommodation. We felt so warmly welcomed, with thoughtful touches throughout the home to make our stay not just comfortable but special. Our highlights were sipping port by the fireplace and a peaceful breakfast on the verandah! Tim was a friendly and responsive host and the local recommendations were great. We would very happily stay here again!

We had a fabulous weekend at Azidene and would highly recommend it! David was welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. We loved the private garden setting and the proximity to everything.

Paul and Jo’s place was beautiful, it had such a peaceful, homely feel to it. The decor was gorgeous! The breakfast supplies were ample and lovely and it was so nice to have a toasted Hot Cross Bun for supper both nights. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the home more as we were out all day until late at night. Thanks for telling us about the kangaroos, we saw heaps but we were prepared by Jo and driving slowly :-) The sunrises were lovely (and bright) and the night view was amazing too!
