Very comfortable place to stay, it’s got everything and it’s super clean and in a nice and quiet area. Location was spot on, not far from the beach too. Additional bonus point that someone might find useful is being able to walk 10 minutes and hire a car at a nearby facility. Happy with my stay, just what I needed!

We had an amazing stay at Katie’s Airbnb in Padbury! The location was absolutely perfect for exploring the northern and southern suburbs of Perth, with easy access to everything we needed. The cleanliness of this place was unmatched—it’s by far the cleanest Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in! It truly felt like a home away from home, with thoughtful touches that made our stay so comfortable. Katie provided essentials, which was such a thoughtful addition—it meant we could enjoy a relaxed breakfast before heading out to explore. The check-in and check-out instructions were straightforward and hassle-free, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. We’d highly recommend staying here and would definitely book again in the future. Thank you, Katie, for being such a fantastic host!

Highly recommended. The place is very clean. We like that each bedroom comes with an ensuite toilet. Beds were nice and comfortable. Short 3mins drive to supermarkets and the Mitchell highway.
