Cozy home near the lake is a peaceful place to relax or adventure in the lakes region.The house is located right next to the Glendale Yacht Club and 0.3 miles or a 6 min walk (based on Google) to the Lyon's Den Restaurant and water access at the Glendale Public Docks (no swim area). The house comes with a fully stocked kitchen, a grill, relatively fast internet and a 55" TV (no cable)

"The Stone House at Treetops" is a beautiful place for a family vacation or a romantic get-away. Three bedrooms, one on the first floor w/ a double bed w/ bathroom & shower. Two bedrooms on the second floor, one w/ queen bed, one w/ twin beds. A bathroom w/ tub is between them. New washer and dryer in basement. If you're looking for an historic spot for a quiet retreat and a beach on the best part of Newfound Lake, THIS place is for you. Your children will love it also. It's a real gem!

There is a wrap around deck along with a sunroom that has a ping pong table. There's also a firepit and hammock out back. There is a gorgeous lake view as well. You are steps away from the beach and there are plenty of trails for hiking and biking all around the house. Suissevale is a private community in the heart of Moultonborough.

Squam Lake, large family friendly house, 40'x50' deck with great 20'x20' screened-in section, hot tub (seasonal), lots of hiking trails local, great Foliage, Many Lakes Region attractions close. Foosball, corn hole, movie room, games, etc. Short walk down the road to a shared separate 40' Beach with swim docks and kayaks (5 min walk). Close to many ski mountains and other winter activities. Absolutely amazing experience!! We had three generations staying for winter break and the memories will last us a lifetime. Everyone was extremely happy with the place, from grandma (who was beyond ecstatic with a fully stocked kitchen) to two teenage boys (they loved that they could hide in rooms and have space from the rest of us). Family nights were filled with movie nights and of course ping pong championships. And for hikers like myself, all we had to do was just step out the door and the hiking trails were all around, no need to drive. The location is central to tons of activities. The house itself was spotless, comfortable and inviting, nobody wanted to go back home. This is definitely the place to be.

From the moment we drove up and upon entering this beautiful place we felt like we were in our own "Happy Place". This is a place we would love to build for ourselves someday. Morning coffee & tea on the dock was very peaceful overlooking Paugus Bay and the fall foliage was very Beautiful. Christine and Corey are wonderful hosts and this was the second time we have rented one of their homes; we will definitely be back again to both locations and have been highly recommending them to our friends. Thank you Christine & Corey.

My friends and I loved our stay here! The house is absolutely beautiful and the views are unbelievable. We actually ended up changing our Saturday plans just to be able to spend more time hanging out at the house, enjoying the beautiful deck and views. We loved making s'mores by the outdoor fireplace. The house is cozy, the kitchen is modern, beautiful, and well-stocked, everything was clean, and the beds were plentiful and comfy. Suzette was responsive and check-in/check-out is easy. Parking IS tight, and the road is a little narrow, so maybe leave the Escalade at home and bring your smaller car. ;) The house is close to restaurants (we highly recommend music bingo at Patrick's Pub on Friday nights) and there are a lot of stores in the area in case you forget anything at home. :) Meredith is only a short drive away and has cute little shops, a winery, and a sculpture walk. We're already talking about wanting to go back!

Devon's place worked really well for our Ski Trip. It is located very close to Gunstock mountain and the house was clean and new. Was a little smaller than expected from the photos but nonetheless we had a great time and a great stay. Didn't spend too much time in the space but the location is the best part as it is very close to Gunstock and other ammenities.
