Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Germiston

I had several specific needs for my 5-week stay, and this place fit all of them. Large parking area and huge yard for the dog. He really loved it there and never wanted to leave. The cottage is almost completely open plan from the kitchen to the bathroom, with one room accessed from the outside (I didn't use this room because it was just me + Puppy). Simba, who is renting the house on the property, is a pleasure to have around. Great communication from the owners, who make you feel like you've known them forever.

The hosts were very responsive and easy to reach. The home is beautiful and really welcoming and clean. I appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was. The front of the home has a beautiful garden..just as the pictures..its really beautiful and well maintained. The home has a television with dstv/cable which was great.abd the wifi was good as well. The home is less than 10min drive from a Mall and you can actually walk there on a good day.. I'd be staying there again as long as the place is available.

My go-to place every time I’m in Johannesburg! Lovely host, lovely little place.

I stayed at Gills place with a family of 6. The house is spacious with enough room for everyone to have their own private space. We also had family over for dinner and managed to seat 14 people at the table + kitchen breakfast table which was fantastic. Overall the house was really great. My only complaint which is more of a South Africa thing is that the bedrooms did get hot towards the afternoon which some night challenging to get to sleep. It is not very common to see air conditioning in South African homes plus we did stay in the heat of the Summer so it to be expected. The house is also very airing and can be opened up but we found the mosquito's were pretty active so we opted to keep the doors closed. On the plus side the house would be great in Autumn to catch that Autumn sun.

I can’t recommend Juliane’s place enough! Safe, serene, comfortable, and clean. The space is big and beautifully decorated, with everything you could possibly need. Juliane is an exceptional host, who makes you feel right at home starting at check-in. She’s friendly, respectful, and a great person in general. I will be staying here when I journey back to Joburg!

A wonderful place to get some R&R from the hustle and bustle of Jo’burg yet still so close to everything. Everything matched the listing description, and I had no problems with the power, water and Wifi. I felt right at home and would happily stay again!

The place looked exactly like the pictures, the host was responsive, the views were spectacular and the place was clean with beautiful aesthetics.
