Sara was a great host. We had a great stay and enjoyed all the house had to offer. We would love to stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and clean, as pictured. Kenzie was great about responding to messages quickly and is very friendly too. We would definitely stay at this place again in the future.

The house was very accommodating. Was bigger than I was able to envision from the pictures. I would definitely recommend and would come stay again. Hosts were very responsive to all questions.

Thanks Anthony for the great place to stay and the extremely flexible check in time. Place was clean and private, everything worked and the pool was great to take a dip in between the activities we had planned. We are planning to take another trip next year and will absolutely be getting a hold of u again.. we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, thanks again!!!

Could not have asked for a better location for our stay in Nashville. Walking distance to a lot and a short uber ride to go further or if raining. Apartment was perfect and exceeded our expectations. Very clean, comfortable and cozy. Would highly recommend Alex’s unit! Cant wait to come back and stay in the same unit!

This place was perfect for our trip to Nashville. The location was quiet and convenient. Walking distance from Bongo coffee and a few minutes drive from Kroger/Publix. Cannot recommend enough!

Allie’s place was such an amazing getaway for the Thanksgiving holiday! It was exactly as shown in the photos and well stocked with towels, kitchen tools, and cute Nashville vibes. The hot tub was very clean and the perfect hot temp you want in November! The pool was heated, although still a bit cold in the Winter, which is to be expected. Also incredibly clean and well lit. Allie also had lots of toddler and baby friendly amenities: plastic plates/cups (along with ceramic for adults), a high chair, a pack and play and two baby gates. The location was very conveniently located near downtown. It is not a very walkable neighborhood and there is construction (looks to be finishing soon) across the street, but otherwise a great view from the pool/rooftop patio. The street is a bit busy, but Allie has sound machines in each bedroom to drown out any street noise and you don’t see the street from the pool, living room, or patio.

Great and spacious place! Our group especially loved the rooftop. More than enough space for a group looking to explore Nashville.

Amazing place! We came in for the Vanderbilt v South Carolina football game and couldn’t have been happier with the accommodations. The house is laid out great for a group with large bedrooms and bathrooms for every bedroom. The attention to detail is wonderful with so many little touches like coffee and tea, plenty of paper products. We loved the location and it was easy to find and get an Uber to anywhere you could want to go. If you’re considering staying here, do it, you won’t be disappointed! I hope we can come back and stay soon!

Loved this home! It was simply charming and super comfy. I enjoyed the special touches of country music history spread throughout the home. The home had all the things we needed to ensure a pleasant stay. We originally selected the home because we were planning to bring our 9 year dog with us. We were unsure how it would be to stay in a pet friendly airbnb, as we have never needed to before. Although our plans changed and we didn't need to bring our fur child along, we would stay in this home again with or without him. So clean and fresh... wouldn't know pets are even allowed. Thank you for a great experience and making us feel welcomed.

This place was perfect for our group of 4 with the 4 beds. My bed was very comfortable and nobody else complained. We didn’t hear or see any neighbors. The home was clean and sufficiently supplied including some welcoming treats. Although not big or new, it suited us well. We took up the suggestion to eat at Monell’s in easy to get to Germantown. Wow! What a treat! We had a great time in Nashville and would not hesitate to book this home again. Thanks!!

Perfect house for us and our pups for the holiday! the nearby restaurants looked great even though we weren't able to check them out. I loved running around music row.

This was the perfect place to stay for a girls trip to Nashville! Hosts were communicative and helpful, check in was easy and they provided a paid option for a late checkout, which we greatly appreciated. The house was spacious, yet cozy and felt close to just about everything we did. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and really appreciated the clear communication. Would definitely recommend staying here if you have a larger group!

Great place to stay. Quiet and not that far away from downtown. Google Maps was a little off and we arrived at dark with a lot of traffic behind us so we couldn't slow down much, but it was easy to get to once found. Comfortable place!

The Waylon was perfect for our weekend in Nashville. We were two couples and two singles so the set up was perfect. We loved having both the kitchen/living area to hang out in as well as the third level den with pool table and comfy sofa. Beds were comfortable and the whole house was super clean. The location was great for being able to walk to Belmont University and down 12th Ave South as well. Great stay and we'd come again for sure, thank you, Laura

Perfect house! It was clean and had everything we needed. It was a short uber to downtown Nashville which is exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommend!

Very clean, great location about 10-15 mins from downtown depending on traffic. The host was extremely responsive when we had an issue with the hot water heater and had it immediately remedied. Highly recommend!

This is a great place to stay, especially if you have a large group of people. Plenty of kitchen, dining, outdoor, and sleeping space. There were plenty of amenities and a large living room to make you feel at home. The house is only about 15 minutes from downtown Nashville, so it’s close enough for a $30-$35 Uber. Great place and would stay again for sure.

Wonderful house in a great location. Walking distance or short Uber ride to Broadway or wherever you want to go. Elizabeth is an excellent host!
