Vacation rentals with a patio in Germantown, Nashville

The apartment was very clean and had almost all the amenities we needed. Easy access to public transportation to get to other areas of Nashville and walkable to a variety of restaurants and shops. The place was comfortable and cozy and Brianna was on the spot with helpful instructions. Great place to stay when visiting Nashville.

We really enjoyed the Burnham. We came to Nashville for the Amy Grant/Vince Gill Christmas concert at the Ryman and stayed 2 nights at the Burnham. The place is quiet and immaculate. The apartments are beautiful and had everything we needed. The Latch app was a new experience but the videos were very helpful with explaining how to use it. We felt safe and secure. The Burnham is close to everything! You can see the Ryman down the street and it's only a block or so to the Country Music HOF. We took Lyft to a few places we went because of the rain but would have walked if the weather had been good. I will DEFINITELY stay here if I return to Nashville!! FIVE STARS!

Perfect location for what we were there for! We walked everywhere. Renée was incredibly responsive and shared great recommendations. Next time we're in Nashville we will stay here again!

One of my family’s favorite place we’ve stayed. Easy to understand instructions to get inside and once you’re in, it’s super cozy. Plenty of space for my husband, infant, pup, and I. Donna has excellent communication skills and is super responsive. 10/10 stay!

Girlfriend and i had an amazing time. It is located in peaceful and safe area. The room was spacious and having 2 big bathrooms was a bonus. The house is super clean and beautiful. Thank you for letting us stay at your house, we had great time. We highly recommend this spot to everyone.

we only stayed for a night, but I can see that the neighborhood has a few new buildings, great coffee shop and workout studio. Would definitely stay here again!

Had everything you are looking for in a trip to Nashville. The hosts and the room had everything we needed and it was in a perfect walkable location.

The best part was the comfortable bed and squeaky clean bathroom. The whole house was very clean and uncluttered. I especially liked the quality toiletries, such as the lotions and body cleansers, plenty of towels and wash cloths.

This was a very nice place that is located in a decent neighborhood. It is located not too far from DT Nashville and other attractions! Very clean and peaceful.

Good for bigger groups, lots of beds and bathrooms. Great rooftop areas. The hosts are very nice and helpful. Overall great stay for our bachelorette trip and we enjoyed it very much.

Super close to downtown! Perfect house for family or friends

We were very happy where we stayed and it was a great airbnb experience. The only problem was that the TV volume kept going out for movies that we watched and we had to restart the TV to get the volume back on. Also, there were some critter sounds in the dryer vent, not sure if something is living in there or stays in there once in awhile. you could hear scruffly noises in the middle of the night from the bedroom next to the bathroom and then again in the early morning. Everything else was very accommodating and very comfortable. I plan on working with David in the future for other airbnb's that I will need to rent, as I am thinking of moving to Nashville, TN in October this year. thank you, Teri Acker

I came to Nashville for a business event and loved staying here. They have a gym and a common area to work. It’s clean and has a great view. I’m very happy

The location was perfect, with attractions nearby and walking distance to Broadway Street. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby.

Perfect location! Place was just the right size for our family. Beds were comfy - washer and dryer came in clutch! Hosts were very helpful and very responsive - super easy to work with. Will definitely be looking to staying with them again at any of their units in the future when we return to Nashville! Mahalo for the great stay!

Perfect location if you want to be close to downtown and the football stadium. The place looked like the pictures, beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of towels and additional linens. The hosts were very communicative and polite.

Great stay at nice comfortable condo. Bekah was very responsive and offered great suggestions for things to do and restaurants in the area. The location was great - easy walk or Uber to everywhere we wanted to go including Broadway, Germantown, etc. Plenty of free parking at the condo which is definitely a premium in downtown Nashville! I'll stay here again next time I'm in town.

This place is great for 2 people. It is close to downtown and parking is easy!!! The view of the river is beautiful!!!
