Vacation rentals with a patio in Geretsried

We loved the size of the bathroom and the heated floors. Nothing like warm floors when it is 30 degrees outside. Nice size common room, plenty of space for the 2 of us. Balcony was a nice touch too but just a little cold to sit outside. Bedroom with 2 single beds is all we needed. Kitchen has 2 burner stove and the espresso machine was nice. Aldi was about 5 minutes away and grab enough supplies for our 3 day stay. Really like Anton. He was super helpful and very proactive.

Dom is a really great host. The house was enough for our every need. Kitchen is really big and you can cook anything if you are into cooking. The close proximity to public transport was (S Bahn) was helpful. It was a really great stay.

We had a fantastic vacation, felt completely comfortable in the apartment. It was all there to feel home. A breathtaking view from the large window front as well as from the balcony to the snowy mountains. The ski resort is a stone's throw away and the shopping facilities are also within easy reach. A bakery is right across the street. We would definitely book the apartment again and also recommend it! Thank you for a pleasant, quiet stay!

We had a great stay at the apartment. The location has excellent access to transport. We really enjoyed visiting Munich and surrounding area.

Very cozy stay in Munich. Perfect for solo travelers or couples. Sarah was very flexible regarding check in which I was grateful for. I would note that anyone who is 195 cm or 6'4 could struggle navigating around the apartment. I was able to navigate perfectly though.

We had a wonderful time at the wooden cabin! The house exceeded our expectations and we were able to fully enjoy the stay. We were especially pleased with the stylish furnishings, the fireplace and the sauna barrel.

We came to Munich for Oktoberfest and we could not have been more pleased with our stay at Rainer’s beautiful house. Rainer was there to personally greet us and show us around the property. The home was perfectly clean and the neighborhood was so peaceful. Walkable distance to many things. I would absolutely recommend this as a place to stay and would love to return someday.

Julian is an outstanding host. He is helpful and always very quick to respond. The house is very big and has a really great kitchen. Especially the living room and terrace outside are perfect lounges for up to 10 people. We were there over New Year's Eve and watched a fireworks display on the lake a 20-minute walk away. In general, you are quickly in the countryside and the surroundings are quiet.

Great location for the Messe and concert, easy train access into Munich, lots of shops, cafes, restaurants close by. Spacious house, quiet and comfortable

We enjoyed the accommodation very much. We spent great Christmas there and Lisa even surprised us with a fir tree. Our kids had a lot of fun with the available games and the kitchen was super equipped. Recommended for everyone!

My family and I have stayed at Airbnbs around the world. This was easily our favorite accommodation. It is a stunning, spacious, and well-equipped home with amenities to spare. My entire family’s only regret is not staying longer. We hope to return one day soon. The host was also a gem.

GREAT PLACE - GREAT COMMUNICATION! we stayed at Dominik, Frank and Hektor's place for 4 days and 🐾 were extremely satisfied! The Air BnB was extremely clean, well furnished and there was absolutely nothing lacking. Communication was also very good. We were there with our dachshund and baby. We especially liked the coffee and the little Starnberg candle! Thank you for your hospitality!

My stay with Rainer was excellent. The location was super central, shops, supermarkets and restaurants were within walking distance. You had to go skiing by car, but was very easy to find. The apartment was very clean and lovingly furnished. Everything you need was available. The bed was very comfortable. The hosts were very accommodating and super friendly. Highly recommended!!!! Stephan’s apartment is very lovely and comfortable. My family of five stayed during Christmas and we had such a wonderful stay. The apartment is very clean and well equipped. The heating works very well, as it was quite cold. The convenience of the tram directly outside the front of the building was wonderful. We would certainly stay again.

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation, the furnishings are very tasteful and the equipment is great. The apartment is centrally located in Reichersbeuern and bakery, butcher, etc. are easily accessible on foot. We have also received very helpful tips for excursions from the hosts.

The four of us stayed in the apartment over New Year's Eve and had a nice stay overall. The accommodation was well equipped, there were plenty of towels and everything you need for a comfortable stay. We felt completely comfortable. A lot of praise goes to Franziska: the communication was always super fast and friendly, and she was extremely helpful and accommodating.
