Monthly Rentals in Georgetown

This condo is in a perfect location to enjoy Pawleys Island. It is close to everything, yet quiet and private. Victoria was friendly and responsive to our questions and flexible with our check in time. There was plenty of room for our family of five. We enjoyed it very much!

Clean, quiet, comfortable, well appointed, just the perfect Airbnb home for us. We loved the numerous thoughtful touches, well stocked, with plenty of little extras, including dog related items, snacks, a nice selection of cooking supplies and a super well organized “home book. The Host is fantastic with responses and recommendations. We had three nights and would have loved a week! The home feels like a home and not just another vacation rental, nicely decorated and clean. Easy access to historic Front Street and located in a quiet neighborhood. The fully fenced in backyard that was very well kept, was a huge bonus for our two dogs. We look forward to another visit, book this home with confidence! A+ 5/5, gold star!

Pepe’s place is in the heart of Georgetown, a simple few blocks away from Front and easy quick access to US17. The house is older but that is the charm of Georgetown. With that you get some creaky floors and smaller bathrooms but the front and back porches and firepit for cooler nights add additional space. The beds are extremely comfortable, the living space great for gathering around the tv or to have a warm conversation. The owner provides delightful little touches, from S’more fixings to coffee to bathroom amenities to USB ports in the rooms. She also keeps all the little things available like paper towels, toilet paper, toothpaste,foil, spices, oils. Many homes won’t do that. lt really feels like you are coming over to a friend’s house. From the moment I reached out, we had an ongoing conversation, like two old friends. She was caring, and she wanted everything to be perfect despite our trip affected by a snowstorm. This owner is THE model airbnb host. I miss her already.

I loved that Sandra and John came out of their home to welcome me. Not that I need my host to say hello when I first arrive but if they do choose to come out to greet a guest, I feel more welcome. They have an adorable small dog, Bella, who really outdid her human hosts by standing on her back legs to play with my beagle. The stand alone house (with the mint green door ;}) is very private but also has lots of windows for light. Everything within was clean and neat and I certainly would return to this very same place should I visit Pawleys Island again. Thanks so much!
